Challenge Summary

Welcome to Gerber KOL Customer Community Wireframe challenge. Gerber, a subsidiary of Nestlé is going to create an application that allows companies and expert speakers to interact with each other. It allows its users to share files and discuss within the community. In this challenge we need your help to design the responsive layout solution of the application for both mobile and desktop versions.

Round 1

Following are required functionality to be delivered:
1. Home/Landing page.
2. Chatter.
3. Knowledge.
4. Knowledge Details.
5. Submit slide presentation.

Round 2

All required functionality in specifications and any feedback provided from Checkpoint Round.


Project Overview
Gerber s a purveyor of baby food and baby products, and is a subsidiary of Nestlé. Gerber has a community that consist of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL). To accommodate community discussion, they are going to build the application that is called "Nestlé Speakers Bureau" that offers main features to share knowledge resources and having discussion.

General Requirements
- This is a web based application that should be responsive on various devices.
- Produce HTML click-through wireframes that can be used to demonstrate all mentioned functionalities as required in each round.
- The application flow must be easy to use and intuitive.
- Use note pane in every single page you design to explain what items are addressed in that page from the documentation, what things you added/changed/removed, use it to make your idea clearer and help the client to give you constructive feedback.

Requirements
Following are required functionality for the application:

1. Login Page. This is the landing page of the application. There should be a field to enter the username/email and password and also a link to page to reset the password. Provide both solution for failed and successful login including its failed message.

2. Password Reset. This page will provide a functionality to reset the password. User need to input the username/email to reset the password. Provide a message for both successful and failed password reset.

3. Home. This is will be the landing page after user succesfully login into the application. On this landing page, user will be able to open discussion (chatter), access popular groups, popular articles, browse knowledge, perform search, open their profile page and other functionality (there is no strict options what to include on this page, but make sure the layout won't crowded).

4. Chatter. This functionality allow users to discuss in personal, create a group discussion and sharing files/articles/link/video. There is a functionality for moderator to audit and remove discussion as necessary.

5. Knowledge. It is a resources that are shared by Gerber to the community, they are articles with the title and its description, files, link and link of a video.

6. Knowledge Details. Each knowledge must have independent page thats display its information details. This could be different based on knowledge type.

7. Search. The search result can be knowledge articles, users, personal discussion, group discussion and files. Search functionality should be available in all pages.

8. View/Edit User Profile. User can access their profile page and update it. At least there must be following informations on this page:
- First Name/Last Name
- Degree, Title
- Email
- Location
- Business Address
- Business Phone
- Affiliation
- Area(s) of Expertise
- Area(s) of Research
- Nestlé Nutrition Topics
- Special Requirements
- Travel Preference
- Biography
- Profile Picture

9. Submit Presentation. This functionality allows users to submit presentation to the community. User will selects presentation files to be submitted, provide the title, a brief description and choose the category of the presentation. All presentation that has been submitted need moderator approval before publish to community.

10. Notifications. It could be chat discussion, invitation to a group discussion, and presentation approval.

- Application type: Web-based application
- Platform: Salesforce.
- Desktop: Max width 1024px.
- Mobile: 414x736px.

Members of the Nestlé Speakers Bureau (these are the Key Opinion Leaders).

- Completeness and accuracy of the functionality.
- Information architecture of the application.
- User experience.

Submission, Source Files & Final Fix

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Generated HTML files with all the requested contest requirements stated above.

Source Files
Wireframes should be built in Axure. The resulting files should have generated HTML files. Also, all the content must be listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow.

Final Fixes
As part of the Final Fix phase, you may be asked to remove, update, or change some features of the wireframe.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
