LUX Design Problem - Responsive Distributor Portal
We are looking for a responsive design for an iPad for our Distributor portal. Designs need to be very simple, clean and modern using the latest iOS trends and design patterns (research these!)

Concept Solution:
This app will be used by Distributors who stock and sell our Industrial Product. This application should help our distributors to place orders for products easily. It also needs to be able to look up information quickly while on the go. This information includes product specs, loyalty points and information about contractor they support. This app should be responsive in nature (For this challenge, we will want you to design for the iPad)

User Scenario:
John owns and runs a large distributor business and he is looking for a better and more efficient way to help him run his business. Currently, John is manually filling out orders for contractors, taking notes and filling out spreadsheets. John discovers ("APP Name"), a responsive mobile application that allows him to manage, coordinate, and correspond with his contractors. The application also allows John easy access to shop for products from our inventory. From the application John can easily browse our HVAC product catalog, add an item to his cart and go through a checkout process. The parts and tools that John orders will become part of his order history and be associated with his profile so we can better service John's business needs. In addition to being able to coordinate with his contractors and purchase new items, the APP also uses gamafication for activity through Loyalty Points. This part of the application allows a Distributor to check on the # of “Loyalty Points” earned for completing certain activities.  John can earn ratings and badges based on his activity in the application that will be associated with his profile.

The application also contains a knowledge center that helps John be informed about our products and how we can help him with his business. Our knowledge center will include E-Learning courses for John to participate in, Financial Solutions for loans and leasing, Marketing content, Campaign Manager, Market Trends, ROI Calculator and much more. John can also communicate directly with our company to submit an issue with one of our products and feel confident that our products, services, and application are an important tool for John's business...all from the convenience of his iPad.
