Challenge Overview
For this project, we are looking for a design/studio copilot.
DSDW is a pharmaceutical data warehouse that improves the quality, transparency, and interoperability of drug safety data. The data comes from post marketing, clinical trials, and real-world sources such as electronic medical records and social media.
The goal of the overall DSDW Visualization Project is to get new and different designs and viewpoints on a variety of existing screens used by a pharmaceutical safety reporting manager. The current needs include:

An updated executive dashboard

Revamped project catalog filtering

Revamped project catalog search
We are looking for a studio copilot to create a game plan that efficiently meets the project goals, maximizes design optionality, and allows for new, innovative approaches to solving the problem at hand. The game plan should include:

Cost and timeline to deliver the revamped screen designs

A detailed strategy discussion describing the overall approach

Experience with Topcoder projects of a similar nature
The gameplans will be judged on the following criteria:
- Strategy – The strategic elements and description of the game plan are very important in order to meet the client goals of design optionality and innovation.
- Well-defined and efficient outputs – Clearly defined outputs are key to help the client understand exactly what they will be reviewing and getting with each challenge
- Clear and realistic plan: How clear is the plan and how likely is it to succeed? Is the scope understood? Is the pricing in the correct range? Are the different, iterative phases clear and easy to understand? Are the prizes/prices accurate?
