Welcome to the "QUOTE - FAQs Sheet Design Challenge". For this challenge we'll be designing a two (2) sided (front and back) FAQs sheet/template that will be use in a meeting. We have provided an example of the types of content that will be included on the FAQs Sheet. We are looking for the best designs that cleanly displays the content in a modern, easy to read and graphical way.

Problem Background & Goal
The goal of this challenge is to create a two sided PDF FAQs Sheet. This sheet will be distributed throughout a meeting to educate and answer questions on the brand and it's processes. There currently isn't a logo, so please use a placeholder for now or create simple logo. We have supplied color guidelines and font usage, use this as a guideline, but feel free to show us your unique ideas and designs. We want visually engaging and refreshing concepts for the template.

Branding Guidelines 
- Page size content needs to be exactly 8.5" x 11" at 300dpi. high print quality is a must!
- For font and colors, follow branding guidelines attached in challenge page.

Screens Design Requirement:
- Create content template for our FAQs Sheet (Front and Back side).
- We don't have any specific requirements on what needs to be provide in the front or back side of the sheet, feel free to be creative to arrange the FAQs sheet layout.
- Please refer to the "FAQSheetDesignChallenge-Content.pdf" document for content/sections that needs to be create. 
- Basically, we are looking for complete set of content templates and here are several design elements that needs to be provide in your design :
* Title and Subtitle 
* Paragraph
* Tables 
* List (Bullet, numbered, Square, arrow, etc)
* Nested List (2 - 3 child list)
* Diagrams (Chart/Graph/Use Case/etc)
* Form (checklist, textbox, textarea, etc)
* Placeholder (Image)
* Etc...
* Feel free to add creative design elements that will be useful for the FAQs Sheet.
- We are looking for your ideas on how to best organize and present the content between the front and back of the sheet.

IMPORTANT :
- Your designs should be visually engaging and refreshing to look at. Also, the content should be easy to read, understand and follow.
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.

- Is your design engaging and fun to look at?
- Completeness of design elements that ready to be use in the template
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Typography
- Simplicity of design / strong, clear design concept

Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit a 2-sided (2 page) PDF for your submission file.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file OR Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file OR InDesign as a packaged file (fonts, images, graphics included).

Final Fixes
As part of final fixes you may be asked to fix or update your screens to meet any missed Requirements, Forum requirements or Checkpoint requirements.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.

Screening:

All submissions are screened for eligibility before the challenge holder picks winners. Don't let your hard work go to waste. Learn more about how to  pass screening.
