    -- Whitewater Basecamp and Summarizer
- I need to use the best tools to support continuous integration or continuous deployment:
    -- Whitewater enabler
- I need to promote my product and measure usage:
-- TAP catalog (TAP = Technology Adoption Program; TAP catalog is an internal web-based catalog where people post their technology innovations)
- I need short term incremental designer, developer or test help:
    -- Whitewater matchmaker:
        --- Topcoder
        --- Liquid
        --- Garage
        --- BizTech
B- I have an idea or innovation:
- I want to build it:
    -- Whitewater matchmaker:
      --- Topcoder

Important:
- Keep things consistent; all graphic styles should work together.
- Ask questions early, so you don’t go down the wrong path!

Target User:
- The target audience for this application will be IBM employees.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.
