1.0 Project Overview

The client wants to create a Google Drive Legal Hold Time Capsule Management Tool. We have an existing ARS already completed but a new requirement has been added.

The purpose of this tool is to create an application with a web frontend to allow better management of the Google Drive contents of a Google Apps User once an account has been suspended. 

2.0 Challenge Details

The goal of this competition is to update the existing quality assurance plan and test scenarios to ensure that the application is rolled out without issues. 

Make sure to update the existing doument based on the changes/updates in the provided ARS (all are shown in red)

Please follow the existing pattern in the scenarios and ensure that the plan and scenarios should cover both positive and negative outcomes.

Each test should properly handle pre- and post- conditions, test data for scenario setup, expected outcomes for accuracy and failure conditions, etc.

What we want to achieve is to have the tests for the Unit, GUI, and Performance tests.

Final Submission Guidelines

Please submit, in a compressed archive:

• An updated QA Plan written in a Microsoft Word compatible document.
• A Microsoft Excel compatible spreadsheet with the detailed Updated Test Scenarios.

Please download the existing test suites on which to base your test cases and submissions.
