Challenge Overview

Overview

The Meli FFI application is an iOS application that will provide internal users technical support.  The application will provide users the ability to search for support items from FAQs, provide chat functionality with support, and create and monitor support tickets.  This first release will focus on creating and managing support tickets.  The system will connect with the client’s existing IT ticketing system through a series of rest based web services.  It will also authenticate through the client’s existing SSO infrastructure.

Scope

For this challenge, we’ll be integrating with the customers SSO API, REST API for several calls, and Google Analytics.  There will also be some UI updates as a part of this challenge.  For this challenge, the web services will not be directly available, however, the sample JSON files will be provided as well as details for how to make the requests.  The services should be mocked using a basic http call.
