Welcome to AppXpress iOS Design – Sports Bucket List Mobile App Design Challenge!
SportsBucketList.net is looking to bring our Sports Content and Social aspect of the website and create a unique app that has the ability to create your own Sports Bucket List and connect with other fans. We are looking to provide an incredible mobile experience that gives fans a reason to keep using the site! Get team's schedules of your upcoming bucket list items, see teams in your area, etc.

Challenge Description:
The goal of this challenge is to take the website SportsBucketList.net and convert it to an incredible mobile user experience. The website is all of linking content for Sports Bucket List experiences to a social network of fans and teams. We want to deliver an incredible simple yet powerful user experience that will award fans coming back to use it! List out your past Sports Bucket List experiences and have a space to enter in items that are still on your list!
We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).
Branding Guidelines:
- Please use the existing site for branding guidelines.
Design Goals:
- How should this application be designed?
- How quickly the user can find what he wants? What should the priority features be?
- How quickly can the user understand and interact with the app?
- The application should be easy to use.
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!
Target devices:
- Mobile Resolution: Design for iPhone 6 Retina Display 750px x 1334px.
- Tablet Resolution: Design for iPad 2 Retina Display 2048px x 1536px.
Make sure you create graphic in “vector” format, so when resize the graphic still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.
Main App Features:
- Sports Bucket List Content.
- Personal Sports Bucket List for Fans.
- Social Aspect of the Site.

- How does the user navigate this application?
- Include navigation that you think fits with this application.
- Focus on the priority items and how things should be sized.
1) Landing Page:

- This page should reflect the Sports Bucket List branding and look "premium" in design.
- Search bar will have autocomplete feature and suggestions.
- Show portfolio items, featured articles and daily searches.
- Think of how to show articles in mobile version? (scroll down under search to view articles in desktop version).
2) Map Page:

- Map will contain some important stadiums.
3) Contact Us Page:

- Show Sports Bucket List location in google map.
- Show address.
- There are some images under address in desktop version, think of how to show this in mobile version?
- There is a Message Icon on all pages for a contact us form.
4) Members Page:

- User can search members.
- User will have the ability to arrange members according to:
-- Last Active.
-- Newest Registered.
-- Alphabetical.
- User will see a list of all active members.
- Clicking on a member will show member full details (Profile Page).
- Is pagination the best way to display all active members? Or you have a better approach for mobile?
5) Activity Page:

- User can view members activities.
- User will have the ability to arrange activities according to:
-- Everything.
-- Updates.
-- New Groups.
-- Group Memberships.
-- Friendships.
-- New Members.
-- Topics.
-- Replies.
- We need load newest and load more links.
6) Groups Page:

- User can search groups.
- User will have the ability to arrange members according to:
-- Last Active.
-- Newly Created.
-- Alphabetical.
- User will see a list of all groups.
- Clicking on a group will show group full details.
- Is pagination the best way to display all active members? Or you have a better approach for mobile?
Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance
Target audience:
- Athletes Fans, People who travel, Sporting Event Goers.
Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.
- Making the site something they would check and potentially participate.

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.
Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.
Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.
