Project Overview
The client wants to develop a new Visitor Application Module – which should be based on the original Kiosk software workflow but it must be able to easily enroll by the visitor, visitor can capture (image and signature), system determines what and where to print temp badge from a iPad tablet, system notifies the host of the arrival that must include the visitor image that they are in which lobby location.
This module will be implemented as an iOS app.
Challenge Scope
For this challenge we want to implement section 2.2 Configurable Elements of the document 'Visitor Management Module Only.doc' (attached). Section 3 provides Sample Badge Layouts.
NOTE: on that document the numbering is not sequential. There are 2 sections 2.2. We want to implement the section named Configurable Elements.
Also, we want to modify the UI to include the 'gear' button to access the settings (document attached as VAM_portrait_1536x2048_062615.pdf). Gear icon to the left of the help (?) icon.
Following are the general requirements:
- Add the Gear icon to the left of the help (?) icon in Sign in Screen, both landscape and portrait modes should be updated.
- When clicking the Gear icon, the configuration screen will be open, there is no specific design for it, please follow the iOS iPad configuration screen for layout and the current design for styling.
- Expand photo capture area as large as possible to allow full face to be capture at arm'��s length with the front facing camera.
- Change the aspect ratio of the photo to look like a photo from an ID.
- Provide moustache templates for all badge layouts. Preferred split 1/3 photo area, 2/3 data area.
- On the Visitor Information page, Host and Depart are required fields. Move them up to the required section.
- On Documents and Agreements, sign directly on the line or transfer the signature from the signature modal.
