Suggested Screens:
The following screens are suggested screens from us, please feel free to add other screens and features that work fine with what we are trying to accomplish here.
0) Navigation:
- How does the user navigate this application?
- Include navigation that you think fits with this application.
- Focus on the priority items and how things should be sized.

1) Understand the rationale for crowdsourcing custom mobile applications:
- Crowdsourcing is now commonplace in our everyday lives.  Uber is often cited as the pioneer.  In San Francisco, one in two journeys are now booked through Uber, and its last funding round valued the company at over $40bn.  Similar examples of crowdsourcing are AirBnB, where any homeowner can become a hotelier. And PeoplePerHour, where anyone can find a self-employed home-help to do anything from spring-cleaning your house to assembling your flat-pack furniture.
- But crowdsourcing is now increasingly prevalent in our business lives, and particularly within technology.  According to Gartner, over 75% of high-performing enterprises will be using some type of crowdsourcing for business process services by 2018, and  crowdsourcing will also constitute 20% of all enterprise application development sourcing initiatives.
- The emergence of crowdsourcing is fuelled due to a significant shortfall in digital talent.  The headline of the Evening Standard during London Tech Week last year was that there were 46,000 “digital native” vacancies in London alone. Even if companies can attract digital talent, they will increasingly lose new hires to the tech giants and more attractive digital brands.  In parallel, the lead article in the Economist in January suggested that one in three workers in the United States are now freelancers, a trend which is quickly crossing the Atlantic.
- Technology is most prevalent in emerging and typically open-stack technologies such as mobile, social, cloud, Internet of Things and data analytics. It is most suited to projects and parts of projects with well-defined outputs.  For example:
-- Design deliverables, such as user experiences and wireframes, user interfaces and mock-ups, clickable prototypes and data visualisations.
-- Development deliverables, such as specifications and architectures, code in virtually programming language, custom mobile apps, mobile-to-cloud implementations, APIs, SDKs, and bug hunts and fixes
-- Data science deliverables, such as predictive models and algorithm optimisations

2) Find out about the benefits of “Global TechCo, powered by Topcoder” offering:
- “Global TechCo” already has a a next-generation services company, whose agile teams sit side-by-side with our clients to invent and co-create innovations that drive results, covering strategy, creative and design to scalable digital, commerce, mobile and wearable platforms.
- Each one of these teams are now powered by the Topcoder crowdsourced community of over 800,000 designers, developers and data scientists. The development community alone has more than five times the number of engineers than Microsoft, Google, Facebook and Twitter combined
- The “Global TechCo, powered by Topcoder” offering is straightforward:
-- As always, clients give “Global TechCo” a problem to solve, for example an idea for an iOS mobile app.
-- A “Global TechCo”’s consultant then breaks this problem down into smaller units of work,  which we call a challenge.
-- Each challenge is then launched on the "Global TechCo, powered by Topcoder” platform, and members of the community compete to deliver the best output.
-- Clients only pay for the outputs they want and the winner receives prize money.
-- “Global TechCo” then uses the community to assemble all the best outputs, to create a product which solves the client’s problem.
- The benefits to “Global TechCo”clients are that they:
-- Choose from multiple deliverables, not just one.
-- Get a higher quality output, guaranteed.
-- Only pay for results.
-- Get deliverables quicker, increasing speed to value

3) Register interest for an interactive crowdsourcing workshop:
- “Global TechCo” would like to invite clients to an interactive crowdsourcing workshop, in order to:
-- Understand more about crowdsourcing.
-- Experience crowdsourcing first-hand through launching a live challenge.
-- Unearth projects in your pipeline most suited to crowdsourced delivery.
- Workshops at held at “Global TechCo” or client offices.
- Clients will need to register interest by emailing GlobalTechCo@appirio.com in order to receive an invite to pass on to their team.

4) Suggest an iOS app which you would like “Global TechCo, powered by Topcoder” to mock up during the workshop:
- As part of the workshop, “Global TechCo” will invest in the client’s first challenge, to design an iPad or iPhone app for their customers or employees.
- This approach worked well recently at a large retail bank, which received 53 registrations from 8 countries within 12 hours of launch, and the bank was able to choose between 34 sets of design mock-ups 36 hours later.
- To benefit from this offer, clients will need to input:
-- The ultimate goal of the app.
-- The end users.
-- The key user flows and features.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.

Target audience:
- The users will be “Global TechCo” mid-market client executives, who are on client sites, armed with an iPad.  Their end goal is to persuade their clients to attend an interactive crowdsourcing workshop.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application
