Challenge Summary

Welcome to "AppXpress - Location Routing Apps Design Challenge". In this challenge we are looking for the Studio Community to help us create look and feel for our new location routing control apps that will be use by our admin to provide job locations by GPS to iOS devices in trucks and allow drivers to check in and out of job sites, and communicate easily if there is any problems appear or when the job is done. We are looking for creative, clean, professional and the best UI/UX possibility for this apps. Looking forward to see your participation in this challenge.

Background Overview 
We are company that manufactures raw cane sugar. In this challenge, we want to help our truck drivers to easily check in and out from job sites and able to communicates with co-workers. Please see more details below!

Challenge Goals 
This challenge goal is to allow an admin to dispatch of job locations by GPS to iOS devices in trucks, allow drivers to check in and out of job sites, communicate when a job is done and allow anyone to see the locations of trucks at all times.

Main Features

User Flow
- Admin dispatches job
- Driver receives notification and accepts job in
- Map populates with GPS location of job site
- When driver arrives within 1000 feet at job site, they are automatically checked into job site
- When driver leaves within 1000 feet at job site, they are automatically checked out of job site
- Ability for driver to notify admin with any problems such as a breakdown, traffic or delay

Design Consideration
- Create it for :
* iPhone : 750px x 1334px
* iPad : 2048px x 1536px
- Simple, Professional, Easy to Use, and Clean mobile/application design.
- Please make sure your UI elements are created in vectors/shape, so it can be easily edited later for some smaller/bigger devices.

Branding Guidelines:
- Font, Color, Style : Up to designers.
- Design Orientation : Up to designers.

Screen Requirements
Please create the following screens in your submission (for both Admin and Driver):

01. Dashboard Screen 
- This screen will appear by default to the admin and driver when they open the app.
- Must show their current location on a map view. Next location assignment for driver and job queue.  
- User should be able to see summary information related to their roles from this screen.
- As a user (admin), I should be able to monitor all truck progress from this screen.
- As a user (driver), I should be able to see notification about new or changed dispatch jobs that are being assigned to me and all jobs next up in my queue. 
- As a user (driver), I should be able to check into and out of my job location and into and out of the the delivery location (sugarmill).
-As a user (driver), I should be able to see can check my announcements
- What kind of interaction and layout can be provide in this screen? Show us your creativity.
- Provide the best UI/UX for this screen.

02. Administrator Screen
- This screen will be available for admin.
- Admin can assign new or change existing dispatch jobs to any drivers in the system.
- Needs some form create to assign/choose truck drivers, add new job location, and create an announcement for all users if necessary
- See map with all active routes in real time
- See ticker of active routes
- See progress of existing dispatch job delivery from all drivers on duty.
- See any complaints, reports from driver that currently on duty to anticipate delay of delivery.
- See truck driver profile history, percentage of job done, any missed deadline, and basic profile of truck driver 
- Provide the best UI/UX for this screen.

03. Jobs Info Screen
- This screen will be available for driver.
- Driver can see all job informations available from this screen.
- Driver can filter or see specific dispatch jobs assigned to him.
- Driver should be able to confirm/accepts the jobs.
- Maps should provide turn by turn information to direct driver  to the GPS delivery  location assigned by the admin. any important information related to the delivery? etc?
- Provide the best UI/UX for this screen.

04. Report Screen
- This screen will be available for driver.
- Ability for driver to notify admin with any problems such as a breakdown, traffic or delay.
- See reply from admin regarding their problem and solution for their problem (alternative way, extend delivery deadline, send mechanic to fix truck problem?, etc) 
- Provide the best UI/UX for this screen.

05. Dispatch Location Detail Screen
- This location available for driver and admin.
- Admin can see details information regarding the dispatch job and location.
- Map populates with GPS location of job site
- Map populates the driver location.
- When driver arrives within 1000 feet at job site, they are automatically checked into job site (nice to have) OR driver manually is promted to check into job site after they are assigned a job  
- When driver leaves within 1000 feet at job site, they are automatically checked out of job site OR driver manually is promted to check out of  job site after they have picked up their load  
- Notification for admin when driver checked in and out from the jobsite.
- Driver will need to see a real-time moving digital map that takes them from the origin (current location) to destination
- Audible status updates/alerts (in Spanish) in real time as the driver makes his way to the destination
- Provide the best UI/UX for this screen.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together and follow iOS best practice.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.
- Feel free to add new screen to explain your design interactions for the apps.

- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.

Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
