Challenge Description:
The goal of this application is to collect frequent and timely Feedback on Appirio team members, to summarize this by project, client and manager and feed this information back to managers and account executives. This app should also collect each Appian's own satisfaction on a frequent basis. This could be done by a rating scale like 1(getting crushed) to 5 (Killing it).

There are four personas to support:
1. Consultant: the Appirio employee or contractor assigned to a project. This is determined by a Resource Assignment in SFDC PSA.
2. Manager: the management chain of the Consultant. Also available from SFDC PSA in the Resource’s org hierarchy.
3. Leadership: (Account Executive or Partner) this is the same view / persona for the Opportunity Owner, Account Partner, Account Director
4. Client: Phase 1 of this project is an internal review process (only Appirians and contractors in the Personas above can access the app. In Phase 2 we may consider opening this up to client access to rate talent and we would have views designed / limited for client’s purposes.

We describe two inputs:
1. Feedback: this is a quality rating (eg 5 Stars) at the Consultant level. There comments about the rating; perhaps around Technical, Functional, Facilitation, or Leadership. Interested in YOUR ideas to providing feedback while keeping the entry quick and simple.
- feedback can be given frequently, so we’ll need a way to capture the feedback and allow another rating (perhaps daily?)
2. Satisfaction: there is where the Consultant tells Appirio how they are doing. Example: a 1-to-5 rating system where 1 = Getting Crushed (bad day) and 5 = Killing it (good day). Just like with Feedback, we should solicit some open txt as to why? Maybe not all the time but at certain changes in the value / Satisfaction. Satisfaction is visible only to the management chain (Manager) for that Consultant.
- Same time issue, need the ability to enter in a Satisfaction rating every day.

Both Feedback and Satisfaction would be tracked and trend over time for the individual and averages for groups (roll ups by manager to General Manager).

Important:
- Speed / Ease: the purpose of this in a mobile app is to make feedback quick and easy. That means navigating to the resource you want to rate needs to be quick - and done by the phone as much as possible. Could your location tell you which resources you are near and have the app filtered to them first? Or limit the project list to those projects that you are assigned to or are the owner / partner / director on and that are still active?
- Usefulness: we need the app to provide useful feedback. A star rating is nice but context will be needed to make it meaningful. If you rate someone a 5 Stars, what is the next step to provide why? Same for a low rating? Can we pre populate text feedback? For example: “great job leading the meeting today” vs. “we need to prep better for the meeting next time’’ …version 1 is probably free form text entry

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

Supporting Documents:
- Screenshot (Screenshot.png.zip), this is just meant to explain what the client is looking for.

Branding Guidelines:
- Open to designer. It should feel connected to the Appirio brand as seen on appxpress.com and crowdsourcing.appirio.com

Design Goals:
- How should this application be designed?
- Read the user flow and decide what should the priority features be (what is the priority navigation for this user?)
- How quickly the user can find what he wants? What should the priority features be?
- How quickly can the user understand and interact with the app?
- The application should be easy to use.
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!

Main App Features:
1. See how project teams on your projects are doing / rated.
2. Rate fellow project team mates.
3. Submit your own Satisfaction.
4. For Managers, see the Satisfaction data for your team and individuals on your team.

Screen Sizes:
- Mobile Resolution: Design for iPhone 6 Retina Display 750px x 1334px.
Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when we resize graphics will still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.

Suggested Screens:
There are three basic views and three personas that see them slightly differently. The three personas are the first three listed above (Consultant, Manager, Leadership). The views are:

Views cascade down:
- Summary: depending on persona, this view summarizes different data. Defined below.
- Project: a list of projects relevant to the user. Relevance based on the SFDC Fields above.
- Consultant: the individual resource.
