Challenge Overview:
This challenge is focused on refining and improving the provided mobile experience and updating the overall application based on the provided guidelines. The application is now live and we need to update some of the screens and refine features that we are planning to add in future releases.

Project and Application Theme
The key concepts of this mobile "IT Help portal" is to “Fix, Fulfill, Inform” = FFI Support Portal

Fix
The ability for an Employee to find and fix their technical support issues or request help from Support.

Fulfill
The ability for IT Support to satisfy an order request (example: provide an employee with a new phone, provide a virtual machine for development, request a local support technician)

Inform
The ability for the Support Portal to keep Employees up-to-date on technical issues and to help educate through Search, FAQ's, News & Alerts.

Important
Fix, Fulfill, Inform are “concepts” of how you should think about a user interacting with this application. We are not actually saying “Fix, Fulfill, Inform” in the application. This is more of how conceptually the application should help an employee.

Existing Screens:
1) News & Alerts List Screen:
Following updates need to be done in  03_05 News _ Alerts.png
- Header on top of this screen shows a scrollable menu bar where user can select between “News & Alerts, Request and FAQ”, we want to remove this functionality and add a Hamburger button on the top left menu.
- For each of the news & alert item - in addition to the timestamp, we also want to show the date!

2) News Detail Screen:
Following updates need to be done in 03_06 News Details.png
- Please remove Image at the top of the screen (News items will not have images at this time), please move the article to top to cover up the space!
- We would like you to add date next to time stamp under the header alert title.
- Remove the “by Marc Wilson” shown below the title.

3) My Requests:
Following updates need to be done in  03_01_My_requests.png
- Header on top of this screen shows a scrollable menu bar where user can select between “News & Alerts, Request and FAQ”, we want to remove this functionality and add a Hamburger button on the top left menu. (similar to new & alerts screen)

4) Feedback Screen:
Following updates need to be done in 05_03_Navigation_feedback.png
- Add indicator on the range field to describe that ranking 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest value
- Add a 5th question for “General Feedback”, it needs to have a text area - show the scrolled view with this field.
- Create a second screenshot for feedback that ONLY shows the general Feedback question which should be a text area for the user to enter their information.

5) FAQ Main Screens:
Following updates need to be done in 03_07 FAQ.png
- FAQ Header should be updated to remove the Alerts Scrolling header. The page should have a hamburger button similar to the News & Alerts Screen.

6) The FAQ Category Screen:
Following updates need to be done in 03_08 FAQ Categories.png
Rather than having a check box, this screen should have an “>” icon that takes user to list of FAQ’s under that category (03_07 FAQ.png), in general - it will look something like category selection shown in My Requests screen (04_02_Categories.png).
- Also, please remove the search shown at the top.
