Required Pages
1. Login
- User logs into the application using her IBM ID
- How does the validation error look?
- Note: Users are logging into something that's part of an IBM environment, and will not have an idea that they are logging into TopCoder. They may use this dashboard without knowing anything about TopCoder.

2. Dashboard
-- User can view all of his/her projects, including active projects and finished projects. Note that users are likely to have very few projects -- many will have just 1; some may have 2 or 3.
-- User can get project's quick data: consider project name, project budget & duration, game plan info, upcoming events, the copilot(s), new project forum posts  (but it's OK to show less of this, keep this feeling like a dashboard instead of a full report -- we are explicitly NOT trying to recreate the TopCoder UI)
-- See where a project is in the process, what dates are coming up (both for action items and also for deliverables), and how much has spent to date.
-- User can get the accounting info for every project, e.g, spent to date vs. what's coming.
-- User can view messages/notifications, e.g., new posts in project forums, that a challenge has started, checkpoint reviews come around for a challenge, a project is complete, etc.
-- User can view the upcoming events & dates.
-- User can drill into a Project Page to get more project details and manage this project
-- User can access TC Direct where necessary

3. New Project (Page "NewProject" in the wireframe)
-- Required content in the "Sample-Submission Form.docx" document

4. Project Page  (Page "ProjectDetails" in the wireframe)
- User can get a project’s details: project description, game plan, project status, project budget & duration, upcoming events, copilot(s), project forum, billing account, etc.
- User can edit a project
- User can drill into a challenges page (next page) to get more challenge details and manage this challenge.
- Note: Please do not just recreate the TopCoder experience. We want this to be easy to read-- these are people who do not typically use TopCoder.  Think about NOT using abbreviations for the different challenges, and keeping things in normal sounding terms. Keep it visual.

Target Audience:
IBM stakeholders and project managers needing clear, simple and easy to use control and information for their Projects

Judging Criteria
