Concept Description:
Quick Tix is a ticket exchange platform.  The goal of the app is to put users in contact with other users on both sides of the buying and selling market.  The app will allow anyone to post a listing of a ticket they have and for users to search or see on a wall listings in their respective areas.

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

The current ticket problem:
- Currently the ticket market is plagued by inefficiencies.  The ticket market place that connects two users takes large fees.  Marketplaces like craigslist also do not have any credibility attached to the user, simply aggregating a large amount of postings from random strangers.
- Craigslist is a poorly designed website and app, but more importantly it has too large of a focus, does not connect people in close enough proximities AND has no credibility check for buyers and sellers with many fake tickets or sketchy sellers that are prevalent on the marketplace.
- Stubhub takes 10% from buyer and 15% from seller =25% price mismatch.
- Seatgeek charges large service fees for there service.
- Rukkus, Applauze and twickets all run on the service fee model as well.

Branding Guidelines:
- Open to designers.

Supporting Documents:
- Map Screenshots (map.png).

Design Goals:
- How should this application be designed?
- How quickly the user can find what he wants? What should the priority features be?
- How quickly can the user understand and interact with the app?
- The application should be easy to use.
- Think simple but effective solutions! Have fun creating this - let us know how you think it should work!

Screen Sizes:
- Mobile Resolution: Design for iPhone 6 Retina Display 750px x 1334px.
Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when we resize graphics will still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.

Main Features:
1. Feed of tickets.
2. Distance bar.
3. Profiles
4. Rating mechanism for transactions.

Suggested Screens & Features:
This is a design concepts challenge and those are only suggested screens from us, so please feel free to add anything you think will work good for this app.
0) Navigation:
- How does the user navigate this application?
- Include navigation that you think fits with this application.
- Focus on the priority items and how things should be sized.

1) Sign Up Page:
- User will need to enter:
-- First Name.
-- Last Name.
-- Address.
-- Email Address.
-- Password.
-- Confirm Password.
-- Favorite Sport.
-- Favorite Team.
-- Favorite Band.
-- Favorite Show.

2) Login Page:
- User will need to enter:
-- Username.
-- Password.
- We need login button and forgot your password links.
- Please show validation error screen too.

3) Ticket Wall Page:
- The users main screen will be a feed of tickets posted.  The posts will be concurrent with the distance away from them that they select, with the option of selecting sports, concerts or theatre.
- The wall will be much smaller with time posted and distance away as the primary description following the event name.

Distance Slider Feature:
- The distance slider is a key part of the wall as a major problem with ticket connector apps is finding tickets but the sellers being too far to meet up, the slider will allow your feed to show the tickets that are within your desired distance.

Distance Meter Map Feature:
- The map will be similar to this interface (map.png) with individuals with the desired tickets according to the users preferences.  Each point will be clickable displaying the user profile.  The profile will display user reviews and star rating, along with a custom bio about the user in which they can post times available to meet up, if their ticket(s) are negotiable, and methods of contact whether it is text, call or email.

Alert System Feature:
- The app will offer within the distance meter an alert option for users favorite bands, teams and shows so if someone posts a ticket that is within the users preference they will be sent a push notification.

4) User Profile Page:
- Much like an eBay account users on both sides of the deal after making a transaction will be rated from 1-5 stars and be allowed to comment on the overall exchange.
- This will fix the credibility issue and allow you to connect with users the have a history of being reliable, fair, and honest.

Rating System Feature:
- Both users will get a 5 star rating system following the transaction to review the complete process.
- This will mirror the process that follows an Uber ride, except you will be allowed to add a comment describing the individual as well.
- This will help get rid of the rampant amount of scams that occur on the craigslist marketplace.

5) Logo:
- We are looking for a logo design that combines sports and music.
- "Quick tix" as a name could be changed if another name came up that had a good ring like  "stub hub".

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Target Audience:
- People buying/selling concert, sports and theatre tickets.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Your design should possible to build and make sense as a mobile application.
