Challenge Summary

Welcome to Ericsson Mobile Talent Acquisition - App responsive design concept challenge!

In this challenge, we are looking for your mobile design concepts to simplify/improve the “global recruiting” user experience for hiring managers, and improve their access to process information.

Our goal is twofold: To create an ´´Informative/Educational´´ app that will allow hiring managers find relevant talent acquisition information needed to perform their role within the recruitment process and support our employer brand. We want to make hiring managers feel that the information and processes they will perform on a mobile device is intuitive and effortless.

In the end, we are looking for an easy to use app, focused on a great user experience. Think of modern UX design and how cool this recruiting system could look and work.

We want to showcase how easy it is to engage the [topcoder] design studio community and demonstrate how well you can take ideas and turn them into great design and user experience concepts! Cash in on this great opportunity to prove your design skills and get a great portfolio piece in the process. Best of luck to you all!

Challenge Description:
The purpose of this challenge is to come up with the initial design directions for this mobile based application that will help hiring managers and HR recruiters easily find the answers they are searching for as it relates to job requisitions and candidates.

More About Recruiting:
If you have ever been a hiring manager or recruiter, you have most likely experienced a process that requires accessing information from many sources to perform your tasks.  In many cases viewing and updating information requires having to log into a corporate network to log into an applications from a desktop computer, accessing email to retrieve candidate resumés, or finding forms to fill out that are stored on corporate server.

Through this application, we are looking to make this process simple and effective, allowing managers and HR recruiting administrators to easily find the information they are looking for in an easy to use mobile app.  We want the experience to be intuitive, fun to use, and provide them a reason to keep coming back and using the app - ultimately allow the manager to be more productive when at work or at home.

Design Considerations:
- We are looking for fresh, innovative and modern design concepts..
- Note that these employees will be a part of a corporate and not focusing on employees at "Ericsson" (client), so think corporate in your designs!!
- Focus on the design being a great mobile experience - the application should be designed for responsive design (mobile, tablet).
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Please use the branding guidelines as follows:
-- Colors:
Blue C52 M43 Y0 K65 RGB 43-51-90 / Hex # 2B335A
- Fonts:  Open to the designer.

Screen Sizes:
- Mobile Resolution: Design for iPhone 6 Retina Display 750px x 1334px.
- Tablet Resolution: Design for iPad 2 Retina Display 2048px x 1536px.
Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when we resize graphics will still look sharp! It will be great if you can provide the landscape version.
