The Purpose of this challenge is to come up with the the look & feel and flow for this web application. We are looking for the Topcoder Design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

This project has two two types of users ‘Developers and Landowners’. For this challenge, we will focusing more on the “Developers” - these user will have the ability to view list of possible sites and be able to identify a site for development, get on a lease agreement with the landowner and be able to send out a RFP (request for proposal) to utility companies.

- Focus on the design being a great user experience, think simple but effective solutions!
- Come up with design concepts that shows out-of-the-box solutions.
- Show all the screens and provide a user flow/click-path and navigation, so we can see how the interactions fit together in the application
- What should the priority features be?
- How quickly could you find information?
- We had provided client’s logo, please use them in your designs.
- We have also provided a color scheme.

Design Size:
- Desktop 1280px width and height as required
- Standard breakpoints: 1024px, 768px, 320px

NOTE: We are not looking for all the below screens to be designed for different devices just need to identify the important elements that will change across different devices (For ex: Navigation in desktop will be different than that of a mobile or a tablet...we are looking for you to submit such changes and anything else that you think are important).

Required Pages:
We are looking for the below screens to be designed/considered in your designs!

A. Solar Developer Functionality:

1) Landing Page (not logged in):
Reference: Landing Page (Not logged in)
- We need a simple landing page that explains the purpose of the site, wireframe has provided an idea on the layout but we don’t want you to stick to that, we are looking for your thoughts on what can be included in this page but continue to expand beyond that!
- We have two CTA’s at the bottom (one is for Solar Developers and other one is for Land Owners) how should these be put up?
- Looking forward to your ideas!

2) Developer - Create Account:
Reference: Landing Page (Not logged in)
- A developer can initiate the create account flow from the Landing page.
-  The solar developer will first create an account on this web-site to access property lists of potential locations for solar developments.
- They will enter a unique login name and password, as well as details about the company.
- Need the ability for the user to upload any additional documents, show us how the user will be able to add many documents
- User will need to agree to the terms and conditions before they proceed in creating an account
- Show us how the layout will look like, if there are any errors?
- Once the user has successfully created an account, we need to show a success message and allow the user to sign in.
- Also show how the error screen will look like.

- Allow the list of items to be sorted, how will they sort? (look for the options shown under the sorting drop-down)
- We would like to have a map with the properties (you may use google maps - make sure to comment about the usage).
- Based on the chosen criteria, results are shown and user selects the potential site to view more details.

4) Property/Site Details:
Reference: Solar Developer Landing Page > Site Details
- This page has the details about the property.
- We need all details as shown in the wireframe
- We need to display the land suitability grade, it needs to have a prominent location in the page
- Allow the ability for the users to Add a property to favorites and also provide option to send interest in leasing the property.
- Need to show a map that indicates the exact location of the map marked with a border and other details (like cell phone tower, wetlands, etc) that acts as a hinderance to solar development.

Reference: Land Owner Landing Page
- User will be able to see the list of land that has already been submitted (they will be able to see list of lands that were already approved, pending sites that are waiting for approval and lands that were saved as draft)
- Do you think, it will be good to have icons for these?
- For lands that were already approved, user will receive interest from the developers..how do you think we can indicate the interests that were received (notifications - wireframes shows this idea)?

8.1) Site/Parcel Details:
Reference: Land Owner Landing Page > Site Detail
- In general, when the user selects to view an approved site details, they see this page.
- How do you think we need to show the list of interest that were received from the developer.
