Task Overview:
In this challenge we are looking to design a web based tool for internal staff to classify the risk associated with their project and to give them a series of recommendations to minimize any risks the PAQ has identified. They can manage their projects and the forms associated with the project. They should also be able to view previous versions of each form.

There is also an administration section to allow them to add and remove questions, apply scores to them and build new questionnaires, they can also assign roles to users and manage application settings.

Design Considerations:
- Consistency across the pages is VERY Important.
- Need a very clean look, professional and slick.
- The final application is using the Bootstrap 3 Framework!
- This does not mean you need to understand everything about how Bootstrap 3 works, but just being aware of how good design goes with the framework.
- Make sure that forms have their own screens and not modals.

General Guidelines:
There are many aspects of the web page for which we are looking for YOU to exercise your creativity. These include:
Exact layout of the elements.
Look and feel of the different elements.
Consistent use of colors to act as visual cues.

Screen Sizes:
Desktop: 1440px width and height as required.

Supporting Documents:
- The functional requirements for the application (paq_functional_requirements.xlsx).
High level activity and use case diagrams (paq_activity_use_cases.pdf).
An overview of the overall application requirements (Community_Proposal_PAQ_v1.0.pdf).
An example of the original PAQ form (PAQ_example_unlocked_Appollo_v2.xlsx).

Required Functionality:
- In the provided document we provided the flow and we are looking for you to design the screens based on your understanding.
- The client don’t want us to specify screens so we don’t get same results from all of you so please read the documents in the following order:
--
The functional requirements for the application.
--
High level activity and use case diagrams.
--
An overview of the overall application requirements.
--
An example of the original PAQ form.
Then start planning your solution for this application.

Target Audience:
Apollo Internal Staff.

Judging Criteria:
How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
Creativity and easeofuse is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.
Optimal use of space and design to illustrate data insights.
