Challenge Summary

Welcome to IBM - SiBM - Customer Spotlight Wireframe Challenge. In this challenge, we are looking for your help to come up with wireframes for a mobile application that will allow IBM Employees to Know their customers while they engage with IBM worldwide.

At the end of this challenge, we are looking to see intuitive and easy to use "wireframe concepts" that will help us design and build UI/UX in the next phase of this project!

This challenge is focused on "wireframe" output and results.
Be creative in your wireframes!

Round 1

Submit your wireframe for checkpoint review..
- Any comments about your wireframe, make sure all pages have correct flow!

Round 2

Final wireframe + any checkpoint feedback implemented!
- Any comments about your wireframe, make sure all pages have correct flow!

This project deals with the creation of a mobile app that allows the users to “Know Your Customer” while they engage with IBM Worldwide. The app provides handy & meaningful business insight at your finger-tips as you interact with your clients.

The Info available is of two types:
- Internal: What is our experience with this customer - what do they have deployed, for example, or what open criticism do they have.
- External: Info about the customer - latest news, important information about their business area/ competitors.

This will be a mobile app, which will be deployed on dedicated Bluemix.

Wireframe Guidelines:
- Provide us with your interaction and click-path thoughts and suggestions
- Produce HTML click-through wireframes that can be used to demonstrate all mentioned functionalities as required in each round.
- The website must be very easy to use and intuitive. Keep that in mind when you create your solution for the layout and flow information.
- You MUST cover all requirements mentioned in challenge details below.

Screen Sizes:
Mobile: 375 x 667 px

User Story:
You are an IBM senior executive, meeting an IBM customer (or a potential client) formally or informally.

Being a senior executive, you wanted to engage in a conversation with information that is relevant and can also help your understanding of the business. You also wanted to walk the talk - show how we are using Mobile and Social Media for business decisions and information about the customer.

The proposed App:
- will provide quick, tweet-like information about IBM and the client by providing recent happenings (news) between IBM and a set of clients that you can choose.
- will also provide external referenceable case studies (and videos) as they happen at IBM Worldwide. This will help all IBMers know what and how we are delivering to the customers, thereby enabling all of us enhance the value of our delivery to customers as well as pitch in additional business to existing customers.
- will provide linkage to the existing Service Management tools so the IBM team can know about current deliverables to our customers. Knowing what and how we deliver can not only help us be prepared for our conversations with our clients.

Required Features:
Below are some of the features/flow required in this application, but you are not limited to this, we are open to flows and suggestions on how things could work - so feel free to expand and suggest us what would be best for this type of application!!!

User flow:
1) User log In:
- Only IBM employees will be accessing this application using their IBM ID/Password.
- Users will be prompted to log in with their IBM Intranet ID and password. They can choose to have the app remember them (“remember me” checkbox) and can click a link if they forget their password.  There is no idea of signing up for an ID.

2) First Time Use:
- They pick which customers they are interested in, so we show a list of customers to the user and they choose their favorites! This is like when you first log in to Pinterest, or another site that has a lot of choices -- give them a way to “prime” their UI with customers of interest.

3) Landing Screen:
- This shows stream of news about favorite customer(s), plus a way to find out about a particular customer that they want to follow - either a favorite or another.
- Looking for your thoughts on how we need to present these information

User can find out about any customer including one not in their favorites list - the data they find will be:
- News about this customer - from news streams.
- IBM information about the customer (for now, think of this as -- what products they have, who the salesperson is)
- Other useful information about this customer -- their current stock price, a link to their web site

Users can also get information from our internal case study repository, to get information about our latest wins and trends

4) Preferences:
- We also need a screen that allows user to modify the list of customers in their favorites.

5) Anything else that can added to the flow?
- Feel free to add any suggestion/ideas based on the above concept that would provide best experience to the users.
