Welcome to the Hercules Escalation Ticket Mobile Design Challenge.

The goal of this challenge is to create new fresh look and feel for the  Hercules Escalation Ticket application in mobile layout only.   

We are looking for quick turnaround in refreshing the UX/UI on some mobile pages and for you to analyze the experience and think about a better interface to the customer. This challenge is only focused on the listed tasks. You are not redesigning the application only refreshing, fixing and updating specific items.

Hercules recently did customer user testing of their "Escalation Ticket" mobile application design, and they are now looking to make usability and user experience improvements to the page based on the feedback they received.

Design Guidelines:
- We are looking for new and modern designs.
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Show all the screens and provide a user flow/click-path and navigation, so we can see how the interactions fit together in the application.
- We have provided some design guidance and would like you to follow the Design Brand (Sales-Space-Storyboard.zip)
- Please use them as an inspiration and make sure you do not COPY them.
- Use client's provided font size in your submission (XFinity-Sans-Fonts.zip)
- All text and graphic in your submissions need to be editable
- Required screen sizes: Mobile Retina Portrait (750px x 1334px)

"Hercules Escalation Ticket" User Experience Design Updates
Note:

- We are looking for you to improve the user experience of "Hercules Escalation Ticket". You can try NEW graphic design elements to try and improve the overall page experience.

1). Look Up User
- This screen to search user based on Customer ID
- Show us how the search result look
- Follow search result format
- Need quick button that will take user to Customer Support screen

2) Customer Support
- This screen is customer support screen
- Place menu button on top left of header bar
- Show Customer Support title
- Suggest proper typography to displays Customer information
- There are some icons below the information
- Make sure the icon design explain the functions properly
- You need show active and inactive style for the icons
- Create ticket button need to be prominent
- Show Troubleshooting and Find Helpful Articles

3). Create Ticket
- User landed on this screen after click Create Ticket
- You need create some way to let user select Topic
- The available topic options are:
-- Internet
-- Voice
-- TV
-- Home
-- Other
- Create selected state for the option
- Below, there's text input and text area
- Submit button need to be prominent

4). Summary
- This screen will capture all values from the previous step
- Think about how you design the page to let user easy to read all information


IMPORTANT
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.

- How well you update and improve the "Comcast Escalation" pages
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
