We are really excited to see the presentation designs for this challenge!!

Feel free to add any other additional screens which are necessary to explain your concept.
Notes.jpg: Please note any comments about your design for the Client

We are looking for a cohesive design throughout the slide deck. It would be nice if the design was complimentary of the new web platforms we have been building (website and analytics tool). We have an old slide deck, but we’d like to modernize the look and feel of everything. We have included some of those old slides here as well as specs for the new platforms.

Design Considerations:
- We are looking for a cool, slick, professional Infographic that helps convey the message!
- Make sure all elements in your designs are vectors, so it can be resized to any size.
- Please make sure you list all Fonts you used on your design to avoid getting failed in screening.
- Follow the look & feel from the provided storyboards (Livable Analytics.zip and Microsite: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2MK5NncVSuQajQzMks1ZGE1eG8)
- Make sure to be consistent in your styles used in each of the slides.

Required Presentations:
We have provided what we need in each of the slides. Your slides could include these:
- Vectors graphics for concepts in each of the slides.
- Overall layouts / background designs that need to be used in each slides / arrangements of contents, etc.
- Any other ideas you suggest for each of the slides.
- Please make sure to follow the look and feel from the provided storyboards (Livable Analytics tool and Microsite)

For the below slides, we don’t have the exact text copy that need to be used, please read through the description and come with a graphic/design that could help convey the message.

Title Slide
- Livable Analytics (company name) would be great to have a cool text graphic
- Please leave a placeholder for logo (it is currently being designed in another challenge)

Slide 2
- This slide will include information about the Testimonial/ client story.
- Testimonials are the feedbacks received from a client, so this slide will have it as kind of a case-study about one of the client...you can show “The problem, The solution (using our survey tool)”.
- You may use dummy content for these.

Slide 3:
(For this slide, you can reuse the text provided in the slide 4 in existing presentation)
- Discuss the potential for the survey tool -- there are thousands of buildings with the same sorts of problems (as depicted in our client story). Most buildings work to serve the same goal -- to make occupants not only comfortable, but able to thrive within them.
- How can we help figure out the ways for people to thrive in the built environment? Survey them with our tool.

Slide 4:
Our unique group of researchers have spent a great deal of time and effort (the University of California, Berkeley and the Center for the Built Environment ) studying the built environment and the relationship people have with it. We have done extensive work towards creating more functional spaces for people.

Slide 5
- Our tool -- description of survey tool (you can use dummy content or use the text from the attached presentation. We will include some screenshots of what this survey looks like.
- For the screenshots, you can grab some screenshots from here: http://www.cbesurvey.org/survey/demos2010/

Slide 6:
- Drill down of the specifics of our survey tool: Our tool surveys (nice to emphasize these categories on slide…. ultimately there will be graphics to represent each of these categories… maybe just have graphic placeholders here too)
- - - - Workplace satisfaction

- - - - Acoustic quality
- - - - Air quality
- - - - Cleanliness & maintenance
- - - - Daylight
- - - - Lighting
- - - - Office furnishings
- - - - Office layout
- - - - Thermal Comfort

Slide 7:
- This is where we will discuss our analytics tool (Livable-Analytics.zip) -- what we have built with TopCoder. This is where the true power of our product lives. This tool allows you to do the following (the bolded words below are what would be nice to emphasize on this slide… we would like to have graphics for these as well).
- Get feedback about your building
- Benchmark your building against an extensive database of other buildings
- Get diagnostics on the ways in which your building is performing
- Evaluate the effectiveness of your building’s design
- Inform you of what is going well and what needs improvement within your building
- Receive LEED credits

Slide 8
Our tool helps generate all of this information concerning how to design effective buildings. Currently we have all of this scientific knowledge that isn’t being fully utilized. Our goal is to help people improve their built environments-- so we’d like to take our knowledge and expand past our currently relatively close, tiny network.

Slide 9
We have relatively no competition and we have a team of experts ready to build tools for other types of buildings (schools, hospitals, laboratories, etc.). We will discuss WHO will be the target audience that we’re selling this tool to. And finally, we’ll mention additional survey modules we can create in the future centered around other relevant issues such as building accessibility, occupant mental and physical well-being, worker productivity.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance.

Target User:
- Manufacturers, Owners/Operators/Tenants, Architects/Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Researchers/Utilities

Judging Criteria:
- Capability to explode the initial concept into a presentation..
- Originality and design execution.
- Quality of graphics
