Design Description:
The goal of this challenge is to design a Homepage and a My Dashboard screen that allows Managers and Leadership to quickly find answers and information. User will want to  monitor and track their opportunities, customers and goals.

We are looking for a really clean, modern and highly intuitive user experience and overall great user interface design. We are focusing on desktop and mobile designs, with the mobile version being a high priority.

The user needs to be able to interact with these screens on a mobile device just as easily and intuitively as on the desktop version. really think about the overall mobile experience and design for that specific screen size. DO NOT just resize the desktop version and make it smaller. Make sure you buttons, fonts and information are tappable and readable on a smaller device.

Screen Sizes:
Desktop: 1280px width (height can expand to fit content)
- Phone: 640px width (height can expand to fit content)

Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when we resize graphics will still look sharp!

Branding Guidelines:
- Branding Guidelines (GE Branding.zip).
- This document includes current system screenshots and suggested screens and improvements (UX Screenshots.pptx).

Design Goals:

- We are looking for the best UI/UX we can achieve.
- Clean, modern, intuitive and easy to use designs and UI
- Screens should be HIGHLY functional and easy to use on mobile devices. Make sure you are designing this appropriately and not just transferring the desktop design over and making them smaller.

Required Functionality:

1. My Dashboard (Desktop and Mobile):
Please refer to slides 1-5 in UX Screenshots.pptx
- Personalized dashboards: Customer/account management, etc.
- “My GE Day” Concept: A quick glance/ overview of what the person needs to accomplish today and/ or monitor:
-- List of My Opportunities and their statuses. Filterable by status.
-- Show, at a high level, how many opportunities are closed, open, etc. Needs the ability to see what those specific opportunities are.
-- Goals and progress. For example: “I’m suppose to close $200 million this year. What’s my percentage for completing that?” (20%, 30%, etc.). How can you show this information in graph, infographic, etc.
- User’s customers and suggested selling based on that customer’s existing products.

2. Help landing page (Desktop and Mobile):
Please refer to slide 6 in UX Screenshots.pptx
- A one stop shop, or landing page, where users can go to find relevant information such as training and organized content.
- Ideally content will be organized by role i.e., Sales Managers, Commercial Managers, Leadership, etc.
-- Include quick links to training materials and e-learning modules, relevant documentation such release notes and other content.
- Keyword search capability would help our users find what they are looking for when accessing the landing page. Think about smart search and/ or contextual search to produces results as the user is typing.
- Embedding a chatter support community in this area would also help users post questions for real time answers.
