Welcome to the Create a tool to convert a XML file to CSHTML Contest.
Contest Details
As part of this Contest, you need to create a tool, using any programming language of your choice, to convert XML files to CSHTML.
When choosing your programming language to build this tool, kindly note the following:

The tool should be easy to deploy / work with

It should be a popular programming language, one that ideally has a large community associated with it.

The tool does not need a GUI. A CLI will suffice.

It contains sample XML files and the expected CSHTML files.
We will work with the winner of this contest and ask them to convert the files that were provided to us by our client - they will use the tool they created to carry this out. We will pay additional amount to the winner for this.
