Welcome to the DigitalPay nfographic Design Challenge 2. The MyHR organization acts as the central hub for general HR operations at DigitalPay. Functions included under the MyHR umbrella include:
HR Call Center  - which answers calls on all HR inquiries from employees and managers
HR Information Systems
Talent Analytics and Reporting

The purpose of this challenge is to turn DigitalPay's presentation into an infographic. We currently have a visionmap but it doesn't clearly convey the required information - we are looking for your ideas to make it more visual.

Design Guidelines:
We're looking for a clean, modern, professional infographic that helps viewers understand the provided VisionMap (See Ref 1)
We're looking for a simplified graphical representation of the provided VisionMap (not overly complicated; not too much text)
The infographic will be used for presentations and for marketing collateral, such as, screen savers, posters and mousepads.
Make sure all elements in your designs are vectors, so it can be resized to any size.
Please provide source files as AI files (Adobe Illustrator files)

Format Requirements:
- - Printed Page 1024 x 768px (landscape) or 1280 x 720px (portrait)
- - Desktop (MacBook Pro Layout) -1280 x 800px
- - Mobile (iPhone 6 screen Layout) - 750 x 1334px
- - Poster 18’ x 24’ @ 300dpi (landscape or portrait)
- - Mouse Pad 9.25’ x 7.75’ @ 300dpi

Infographic Theme Ideas:
Keep same theme and use similar colors as in HRIS Infographic (See Ref 2)
Style of logos: use logos that describe the Principles
Utilize graphics that are more involved, complex
Instead of  Our story  use ‘our vision?’ ‘Our Goal’
Use same blue coloring or graduated blue to green (see color palette) broader color palette
Keep clean lines
Use an innovation theme
Wheel and Spoke with MyHr team in the center with each spoke being a Principle
Wheel and Spoke with MyHr team in the center with each spoke being a Principle
Utilize radio lines (arches) from mobile pay icon and use them for each Principles
Continue and build on money evolution
Puzzle pieces for Principle together to achieve a cohesive picture
Show Team Concept and Customer Champion

Additional Concepts/Ideas: (Please see Ref 3, 4, & 5)
The  arch could be incorporated as the cord
All principles could be the power source for the customer champion mindset
Use simpler PayPal icons innovation (lightbulb) and the cust champion (heart)
‘Capture the hearts and minds’ & symbol for customer champion

Branding Guidelines
Design an infographic that is branded DigitalPay and uses their color palette.
Please reference the provided file "DigitalPay Color Palette.pdf"

Target Audience:
- Internal employees of DigitalPay being trained on the new vision.

Judging Criteria:
We will be judging on:
- How well does your design align with the objectives of the challenge
- Creativity of your visualization
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design
- Overall Design and User Experience

Submissions and Source Files:
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you will need to add the client’s actual real logo (which we will provide to you at the time).  You may also be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback. See more information about Final Fixes.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.

Fonts, Stock Photos, and Icons:

All fonts, stock photos, and icons within your design must be declared when you submit. DO NOT include any 3rd party files in your submission or source files. Read about the policy.
