Design Description:
Our Company has many years of experience in delivering application tracking services to recruiters and today is recognized as one of the most successful Application Tracking System (ATS) service providers; pioneering leading edge approaches to managing the candidate recruiting lifecycle.

The ATS app is built on the force.com platform, one of the key components of the ATS app is the Candidate search engine.  The Candidate search engine is currently built on the Salesforce classic UI and has been extended over time and has become too cluttered and difficult to use.

The purpose of this challenge to redesign the current Candidate search engine UI to be in line with Salesforce new lightning UI components.  The new search UI needs to have an improved user experience as the current screens are too cluttered, unresponsive and is not as intuitive for the user as it is should be.  However, the main features of the search UI are already in existence and will need to remain in the new UI.

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

Lightning Design System:
Please make sure you familiarize yourself with the Lightning Design System. Make sure you look at the Design section and Components. Because this is a new system there is not a UI kit available, so you will need to redesign any components used. It would be great to follow general styles and established components of the system, but it not a requirement. We want the general look and feel to match Lightning, but you can design custom “components” as needed to work with the content.

Problem Background:
- Pain Points.
- Demo Flow.

Main Features:
1. Candidate Search.
2. Progress Indicator.
3. View Candidate list.
4. Sort Candidate list.
5. Select Candidate.
6. Upload Candidate.
7. Save Search.
8. Previous criteria.
9. External sources administration.

User Flow:
1. Search for the Candidates.
2. View the list of Candidates.
3. Sort list of Candidates.
4. Select Candidates to add to the work Queue.
5. Upload Candidates from work Queue to ATS.
6. Save searches.
7. Previous criteria.
8. External sources administration.

Design Goals:
- We are looking for the best UI/UX we can achieve.
- Needs to be consistent with Salesforce Lightning Design (design, layout, etc.)
- Designed solution needs to only use components from the Salesforce Lightning UI, is able to look like it is fully functional.

Supporting Documents:
- Application details.
- User stories.
- Flow Chart.

Required Functionality:
- Application details document explains the current ATS system, we need same functionality with simpler UI using lighting design system.
- We need to make sure we cover all the user stories mentioned above in user stories document.

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Screen Sizes:
- Desktop Resolution: Design for 1280px width and height as required.
Make sure you create graphic in 'shape' format, so when we resize graphics will still look sharp!

Branding Guidelines:
- No logo or branding is required as this functionality is embedded within a Salesforce.com tab on the ATS platform.

Target Audience:
- Recruiter – A user that finds and places Candidates in open job opportunities with Clients:
-- Recruiters care about having a centralized platform to search different job boards to find, store and manage Candidates that best match the job roles they are working to fill.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
