Challenge Summary
Welcome to Living Progress - MoBy Maternal Health - Admin Tool Wireframe Challenge
This project aims at creating a desktop application that helps analyze and generate report that helps health clinics and hospitals to improve their outcomes and satisfaction.
We are looking for wireframe (axure) solutions based on requirements from our client. We’re also looking to the community to come up with interesting ideas for the workflow - we’re absolutely open to creative solutions!
At the end of this wireframe challenge, we are looking to have a complete solution for the user experience and flow of the application.

This tool will help administrators in visualizing the analytics data and also help generate reports that will help health clinics and hospitals to improve their outcomes and satisfaction.
Wireframe Expectations:
- You must create traditional wireframe call-outs and notes
- Provide us with your interaction and click-path thoughts and suggestions
- This desktop application must be very easy to use and intuitive. Keep that in mind when create your solution for the layout and flow information.
- Have your screens of width 1024 or 1280 px (as you see fit) and height as required!
Suggested Screens:
Below are some of the suggested screens, please feel free to expand on the concepts given below and add any number of screens as required.
A. Health Center Administrator:
01 Dashboard:
- We would like you include a health facility specific dashboard for each health facility.
- This dashboard should be customisable but should have at least the following
- - - Links to the various tools the admin has access to in a sidebar
- - - New notifications from groups/overall admin/scheduled tasks
- - - Some basic data visualisation - number of groups, volume of messages for the week etc.
- We would like to have a way for the way for the admin’s to know that they have received a message, so some kind of “notification” in the header (so it’s visible across all pages) and also in the dashboard would be helpful!
02 Manage Groups:
- This will allow the admins to view the list of groups and should be click on a group name to view more details.
- Admin should be able to see group and individual chats.
- Admin should be able to send messages and reply to questions in each of the group chats and private chats with individual participants.
- Should have the ability to create a group and delete a group.
- Admin should also have the capability of setting up a workflow that will send automated messages to the groups/individuals at fixed admin determined intervals (example: May10th + 1 week, May 10th + 2 weeks), please see the attached excel sheet to know when a particular automated messages are sent...they need the ability the configure messages as well as the intervals on when these messages should be sent...NOTE: In the excel sheet: You can see automated messages sent to as well as groups..

- These workflows should be flexible i.e admin should be able to send based on EDD or a date that the admin decides.
Group Page:
- Admin will reach this page by clicking on a group name in the above list of groups.
- Should have the ability to add people to groups
- Should be able to remove people from groups or block them from using the app altogether.
- Provide ability to delete chats
- It will be good to show some kind of statistics on the number of messages exchanged so far,
- Admin should be able to send messages and reply to questions in each of the group chats.
- They should be able to see any individual message (private chats with admin) notifications received.
03 Manage Surveys:
- This page should allow the admin to view the list of the surveys (drafts, live surveys, completed surveys, etc), would it be good to show some statistics on the participation and results that were received..should provide a way to view the survey results.
- Admin should be able to create and edit surveys in the admin tool, show us how these need to look like?
- Provide ability to delete a survey.
- Admin should have the ability to assign the survey to an entire group, a number of groups or a particular participant.
- Survey Creation: What need to be captured? How do they build a survey...show us a overall framework like how the questions within a survey are created, choose the type of question (multiple, free text, what else, etc..), to whom should this survey be assigned or just create it as a template and assign it later, how long should the survey be run, do you think we should provide options to schedule the survey? Looking for your thoughts on how this need to be done!
- Feel free to add anything that you think would be appropriate for this tool!
NOTE: Surveys created will be shown in mobile application, please see 08-6Chalkboard.jpg in the storyboard (same in the wireframe is available)...we don’t have a survey screen in storyboards/wireframe!
Survey Results:
- How will the admin view survey results.
- Would it be good to show some statistics on the participation and results that were received..should provide a way to view the survey results.
- Admin should be able to collect responses and do basic survey analysis in the app.
- Also provide the ability to download the survey data in excel/csv.
04 Manage Chalkboard:
- Admin should have the ability to edit and add facility specific information (please take a look at the information displayed in 08-1Chalkboard.jpg), think on how these information in the chalkboard need to be managed.
- In the mobile app, the last tab “Feedbacks” has the surveys in it...so it will managed in the above use-case ‘Manage Surveys’
- FAQ’s: Admin should be able to add and edit FAQ’s and answers to FAQ’s
- The web app will host the brochures that the mobile app will link to. Admin should have the ability to edit brochure content - looking for your thoughts on how this can be done?
05 Analytics:
Admins will be able to view the analytics data, below are some of the it could include the below..
- - User Uptake - Number of users who sign up for the groups.
- - User discontinuation - Number of users who leave the group.
- - Interactivity of individuals and groups, including message frequency and volumes by time-frame (week, month year)
- - Duration of time that the groups stay active (to assess interactivity across the continuum of care).
- Admin should be able to access survey data and do basic survey analytics in the app.
- Provide a way for the admin to filter, drill up/down the data.
- What else do you think would be useful for the admin’s?
06 Report on insights:
- The app should be able to generate individual health site or system information from analytics that health clinics and hospitals can use to improve outcomes and satisfaction.
- We envision that this would take the form of an individual mobile-administered survey to group chat members, in which self-reported data on ANC adherence, institutional delivery, postnatal care-seeking and postpartum contraception could be collected.
- Admin to have the ability to aggregate data at the hospital /facility level as well as have the ability to view the data at an individual/group level. (Hierarchy is Location > Health Center > Groups > Individual), so please look to provide the ability to drill-down this hierarchy.
- The data received as a part of the part of client satisfaction surveys will be available for the admin to be further analyzed and generate a report based on that.
- They should be able to generate a cumulative report from all participating health centers and sites on service delivery data.
- If possible, data on health-seeking behaviors (such as antenatal visits, delivery outcomes, and postnatal visits) for group chat members would allow for evaluation of health outcomes relative to the comparison group.
- Would be good to have the ability to print / download the reports.
B. Super Administrator:
This will be the person who manages the overall application..
07 Dashboard & Reports:
- These user should be able to see the aggregate data from each facility and be able to generate reports that will compare the facilities.
- Would be good to show some quick stats on the number of health centers enrolled for a particular location and how are they performing with the app.
- We would like to generate reports showing number of users, number of groups, message volumes etc. for a health center
- Provide ability to download as excel/csv..
- We are open to your thoughts on what else would be useful for this user.
08 Manage Health Center:
- They will be able to view list of all health centers, think on what information need to be shown.
- They should be able to add a participating health center and will assign verification code to the health center.

Create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Generated HTML files with all the requested contest requirements stated above.
Source Files
Wireframes should be built in axure. The resulting files should have generated HTML files. Also, all the content must be listed and the pages are linked together to show page flow.
Final Fixes
As part of the Final Fix phase, you may be asked to remove, update, or change some features of the wireframe.
