- Submit your initial designs for Checkpoint Feedback.
- If you have time - please provide us with a click map for your design.
- Readme.jpg : Provide notes about your submission.
- Make sure all pages have correct flow! Use correct file numbering. (00, 01, 02, 03).

Round 2

Final Design plus any Checkpoint feedback:
- Your Final designs for all the required designs with all Checkpoint Feedback implemented.
- If you have time - please provide us with a click map for your design.

- Make sure all pages have correct flow! Use correct file numbering. (00, 01, 02, 03).

Design Description:
Dinnaco is looking for a simple and intuitive “To Do List” application that works on Windows 7+ desktops. Dinnaco wants to create a clean, intuitive and simple to use 'to do' list application. Users need to be able to quickly add a task to their to do list application, set a reminder and due date, and organise tasks into groups. Users also need to be able to create specific to do lists for their project teams so that all the team members can contribute and see all the tasks outstanding. We want to create/ integrate these design concepts into an existing application - Time Tracker - so that the look and feel is seamless and the user sees these as one functional tool.

We are looking for the [topcoder] design Community to help us with planning our new "user experience" (UX).

Screen Dimensions:
- We do not have set screen dimensions since this will be a Windows desktop app. With that said, this should work within a 1920 by 1080px screen size. However, think about widgets or smaller panels to make logging time faster and easier. A “full screen” option might be nice, but think small first and give us options to view larger if needed/ wanted.
- The application resides on users desktops (Windows) but having design concepts for a mobile version would also be interesting.
- Use the supplied design source files (PSDs) for guidance and input

Required Screens/ Functionality:
The widget/ app should be able to do the follow items. These items don’t necessarily have to translate into separate screens. These could be different sections, panels, views, etc. We are looking for your ideas on how to best organize and achieve the desired functionality and data views.
- Simple and intuitive to use.
- Users need to be able to:
-- Quickly add a task to their to do list application.
-- Set a reminder and due date.
-- Organize tasks into groups.
-- Create specific to do lists for their project teams so that all the team members can contribute and see all the tasks outstanding.

Branding:
- Use the supplied PSDs and Time Tracker designs as the base level design.
- Your designs should match and integrate seamless into this current application.

Supporting Documents:
- Time Tracker storyboard (Storyboard.zip). Can be found in forums.
- The Time Tracker (shared above) and The To Do List will be in the same application - probably arranged with To Do List as an extra view alongside the 3 existing views in Time Tracker (tracker, summary, settings) - they would share the same settings page as it would all be in one app.

Windows Design Basics:
This serves as a good base level understanding of designing Windows apps if you are unfamiliar. You do not necessarily have to follow all of these guidelines, but it would be good to make sure you are following the general structure of a Windows app. Your app should still look like Dinnaco and follow those branding guidelines.

Target Audience:
- Employees.

Judging Criteria:
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Overall design, UI and user experience

Submission & Source Files:
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file.

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.
