The goal of this challenge is to create design concepts for a responsive website, desktop and mobile, that offers a market for renting offices. This website application allows companies to market and share their available office space. As well as allowing companies and individual users to search and locate a short term or temporary office space. This is similar to an AirBnB type of site, but geared toward office space or conference room space.

We look forward to see solutions around effectivity and simplicity of the UI, we really need to catch user’s attention at the same time being very efficient. But most important, creativity, we want to see creative thoughts added to the UI to make it really genuine, out of the box; the way of displaying information and interaction should be bold.

You’re provided with user stories and features we want to see. You must analyze this and propose a modern design that shows how the application work. Ideas are always welcomed as long as they help to understand this process and make the application easy to use.

Branding Guidelines
- Use the logo provided in the downloads section.
- Overall colors could align with our logo. However, we are open to ideas since we are in a very early stage of our project.
- We don’t want our site to look like any other existing website like AirBnB for instance. We would like to come out of the trends and create something unique.

Design Concepts Goals
- Read the user story and decide what should the priority features be.
- Designs should cover the entire functionality.
- This will be a Business to Business site, so we want a very professional look.
- We envision a very clean and simple design, so we don't want it overly cluttered.
- As mentioned before, we would like to see creativity applied to the concept. Focused in a genuine look and feel, adding creative thoughts to features such as maps and search filters. New ways of displaying information are totally encouraged.

Screen Sizes
- Desktop: 1280 width maximum, height as much as needed.
- Mobile: 720px width fixed, height as much as needed (portrait orientation only).

Main Features
- Create/Update/Delete office space listings.
- Search for office space listing by location and/or availability (by date, by hour, by calendar).
- Refine search based off filters.
- Search via map view.
- Reserve office space.
- Review office space listings (1-5 stars).
- View office space listings.

User scenarios
- The first group will be the users who have an office space or property to list on the site. They will need to access their listings and update them quickly.
- The second set of users will be the users who come to search for a space. This will be a more public set of users that will be searching for properties. They will leverage the home page to search and locate a property as well as register to reserve or book a property once they find one.

Features and Suggested Screens
- In a concept design challenge we would like you to suggest features/screens that this app should incorporate.
- Feel free to reorganize screens or split if necessary. It’s your show, run it!

1. Home Page (Desktop and Mobile)
- User sees a warm welcoming page that allows searching for available office spaces.
- User sees a global navigation including register, login links/buttons.
- User sees random/featured listings.

2. Search Results (Desktop and Mobile)
- User should be able to see listings according to the search criteria.
- There should be mechanisms that allows the user interact and narrow down the results. Such as area (square meters), location, rating, and so on.
- We would like to display the details of the results, as well as some pictures that are included in the listing.
- A listing has title, description, pictures, rating, area. See full details of the fields.
- Very important page, it should be really easy to use and interact with.

3. Maps (Desktop and Mobile)
- This will show the current location with ability to adjust to the user’s desired location.
- Think of Uber when you open the app and it shows the available cars near your location. Our mobile version would be similar in that it would detect your location and show you available office space near your location.
- The maps shouldn’t be too basic, it’s normal to have a map with pointers. What novelty feature could you design that helps the site? We want to see creative and unique ways to display information on a map.
- Notice #2 and #3 could be merged into one single page. A nice map view with a way to narrow down results with filters.

4. Listing Details (Mobile only)
- This is where a user would see a specific listing after clicking on an office location from the map view (includes pictures and amenities).
- Notice the data fields from #2.

5. Profile Settings (Desktop only)
- This will be the area where companies will list the spaces or offices that are available.
- Listings can be created, updated or deleted.
- Notice the data fields from #2. They should be managed (listing, creating, deleting) on this profile settings actions.

Target User
- The audience will be small to medium size business initially. It will also be for employees that travel for work.

Judging Criteria
- How well you plan the user experience and capture your ideas visually.
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users.
