Challenge Details
This challenge is focused on designing a mobile applications for a multinational professional services network.

Our customer is looking to grow an internal employee community that will allow their 17,000 employees to better communicate and allow them to submit opportunities from anywhere. The company will use the application to enable employees to "Spot, Share, Succeed". What this means is an employee can spot an opportunity, share the opportunity (internally) for feedback and then succeed through the implementation of that opportunity. Employees who submit an opportunity that is converted will be rewarded with certain prizes or perks as a recognition of their success.

We are looking for creative ideas around the user experience design for how this application could work and are especially interested in examples of great UX. We are looking for new concepts!

TCO16 Design Task
- This RapidUX Challenge is only focused on the provided wireframes. Review the wireframe and let us know if you have any questions.
- Ask questions in the forum!
- Remember the goal is to think and solve for the "experience" (and your interpretation of the experience)

1. Dashboard Overview
Screenshot: 01-overview.png
• For Opportunities, Trend Articles and Featured News, the user needs to be able to swipe/scrollable.
• Think about how you should structure the content
• Suggest icon placements for like, comments and play video button.
• “Submit Opportunity” is a key interaction
• Options include: Invite Colleagues, Publish Article.

2. Dashboard Progress
Screenshot: 02-home.png
• This will display charts for "All Opportunities" & "My Opportunities"
• Need to display the quick "+" button (capture these interactions?)

Possible other ideas that would work in this concept:
- Combine Overview and Progress Dashboard as single page
- Merge Trending Articles and Featured News as single area

3. IMPORTANT!! Presentation Screen - 1920x1080 (16:9 Ratio)
- In this RapidUX challenge, this screen is very important so make it look good!
- If you were walking into a meeting and needed to sell your idea - use this screen to showcase your concept.
- DO NOT put extra text on this screen - use it to showcase your application!
- This is what we will use to present your design!
- You must include in your SUBMISSION folder!
- Also, include your presentation source file

Design Considerations - Portrait View
- Focus on the design being a great mobile experience - the application should be designed for iPhone 6.
- Design screens for iPhone 6 portrait display = 750px x 1334px (375px x 667px is fine for speed during the RapidUX)
- Native iOS application.
