TCO - Cloud Hub - React Calculator

Cloud Hub wants to build a new project for a trade show we are attending next week. This project is a software spending calculator and will take a few pieces of data and return a set of cards on the results page. We have attached designs of the calculator in the forums. The provided designs are for an ipad in portrait mode, but should be responsive so they function on a phone screen size too.

Fields
1. Number of apps (type number)
2. Estimated spend (type number)
3. Number of employees (type number)
4. Industry (drop down) no need for > in designs
5. Company (type text)


Requirements
1. Build input, results pages responsive.
2. Create transition page that takes 20 seconds using spinner from cloud hub UI project.
3. Calculate values on results pages using formulas provided in forums.

Final Submission Guidelines

The bulk of your documentation should be in the Readme.md and you should assume that this will be open source so make sure you cover all the steps to set up,  If you have specific information that should not be included in a public readme put them in a file called submission.txt and they will be omitted from the project if it is open sourced.
