Welcome to FUSE Logo Design Challenge!
We need your imagination and creativity to design a brand new and fresh logo for an application from a company. The app is called “FUSE” and we are looking forward to seeing modern and fresh logos that represent the company brand and also add originality to the FUSE concept.

The primary goal of this challenge is to design a unique and enticing logo for a branch app from the company client. It will be used for desktop application, iPhone, and iPad applications. This logo must convey professionalism, innovation, with a focus on technology.
The FUSE application allows the customer to manage their investment professionals who manage investments throughout the entire lifecycle, from prospecting to investment approval to ongoing monitoring after the company invests. This application will help the customer support their mobile, global investment teams.
Branding Guidelines
- Follow the attached branding document for colors and fonts usage.
- Logo.svg file is attached for a specific use, see more below (#2 in logo requirements section).
- Branding fonts cannot be provided during the competition phase. Find some similar approaches. You’ll be asked to replace them as final fixes. Also, we’d like to use Trade Gothic as much as possible, not limited to that though.
Concepts Goals
Our vision of the visual feeling of the logo is tied to modern, professional, sleek, innovative, with a focus on technology.
Some trends to consider are negative space, letterstacking, flatness.
Consider the meaning of the app as key factors for your design process. FUSE stands for:
- F: funnel management (prospecting funnel).
- U: updates on prospects and portfolio companies.
- S: survey how all the portfolio companies are doing.
- E: explore, evaluate, educate oneself with materials and scheduling.

Logo Requirements
- Create vector logos on CMYK color mode.
- Show each logo on a white and black background.
- Provide the color palette of your logo.
1. FUSE Standalone Logo
- Design a logo that also includes the text “FUSE” and follows the mentioned concepts and graphic requirements.
- Uppercase characters only.
2. FUSE Logo Variation
- Design a variation incorporating the attached Logo.svg. It would be the graphic (without any modification) plus FUSE. It could be just FUSE as text or incorporating/integrating your standalone logo version (#1).
- Should look cohesive and integrated.
3. App Icons
Create/adapt design logo for icons for the following media (PNGs and source files).
Desktop web app (favicon)
- 16x16
- 32x32
Windows app (see Windows guidelines for reference)
- 16x16
- 24x24
- 32x32
- 48x48
- 256x256
iPad Pro (see guidelines reference for iOS overall)
- 167x167
iPad Air (same guidelines for iOS)

- Create one screen to show your app icon within a mockup iPhone home screen. It will be used to “feel” the sensation of the app icon in a realistic space.

Target User

Judging Criteria
- Completeness: does your logo meet the requirements as stated within the challenge?
- Quality: does your logo look fresh, professional, and clean? Is the composition/layout well done? Have you used typography in a meaningful way?
- Concept: does your logo present a new and interesting concept? Is it simple, yet memorable?
Submission File
All requested contest requirements/screens as JPG or PNG files at 72dpi.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as layered AI or EPS files.
Your source files must meet these requirements:
1) The AI/EPS logo file with text intact (not outlined).
2) The AI/EPS logo file with text in outlined format.
Preview Image
Create a 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode and place a screenshot from your submission within it.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. As well as fonts replacement.
