Challenge Summary

Welcome to the Drone Series - Marketplace Admin Wireframe Challenge! In this challenge, we are looking for your concepts, ideas and wireframe solutions to help plan out our new marketplace for administering the drone platform for connecting consumers to drone providers to provide a variety of tasks.

The Drone Market will be a web platform where customers can request a drone to provide a service.  Examples of the services would be drone delivery, mapping, monitoring and many other tasks. We want you to focus on the workflow and bringing simple (creative) solutions to how these a user may administer these services.  At the end of this wireframe challenge, we are looking to have a solution that allows us to understand the administrator experience.  This is a follow up of the other two wireframe challenges Drone Consumer Wireframe and Drone Provider Wireframe.

Round 1

Submit your initial wireframe solution for checkpoint feedback

Notes.jpg: Any comments about your design for the Client.

Round 2

Submit final wireframe solution plus checkpoint feedback.

Notes.jpg: Any comments about your design for the Client.

This is a wireframe challenge. We are looking for your wireframe concepts to help us plan the potential of this application and platform. Key things to think about are how admins can use the platform (access available services).  What is the process? What is the user flow?

User Stories
Administrator
1. As an admin, I will be able to view providers based on geographical location (browser should detect my location or enter a zip code), category, drone type, drone accessories and by their status: approved, rejected, retired, applied
- As an admin, I will be able to see the detail of the provider. Depending on the state I can move the status of an provider
- - - Applied --> Can go to Rejected or Approved
- - - Approved --> Retired, Banned (The admin will also add a reason why)
- - - Rejected --> Approved (The admin will also add a reason why)
- - - Retired --> Approved, Banned (The admin will also add a reason why)

2. As an admin, I can view the current state of the marketplace.
- View a map and see real time all of the drones in the air.
- Similar to google maps enter and address and see all the drones in the map.

3. As an admin, I can add to the catalog (Delivery, photography, etc) and I can create packages under each catalog (silver, gold, bronze).  Each catalog will have a photo, name and description. Each package will have name, long description, short description (140 characters), price and discount price.

4. As an admin, I will view a dashboard of reporting.  We will select a reporting package so this is just to show examples.
Marketplace health reports
- Market Liquidity: Number of Active Providers, Number of Active Consumers, Number of Providers with a completed or active service request, Number of consumers with an active or completed service request. These can be shown in a graph or also percentage of total number and active.
- % of searches leading to a click through of a profile
- % of click through rate of homepage listings
- Number of transactions, Average Price Per challenge and filter by category

- You should create traditional wireframe call-outs and notes
- Provide us with your interaction and click-path thoughts and suggestions

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify content or user click paths.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.
