Welcome to Palmer College - Empower 360 Logo Design Challenge!
Palmer College of Chiropractic needs your help to come up with a logo design for the Empower 360 system, the backbone of the branding of the new platform that will help managing data and admission tasks around customers.

The primary goal of this challenge is to design a unique and enticing logo for the Empower 360 platform. It will be used for printing and screen purposes. This logo must convey professionalism, trustability, with a focus on technology.
Palmer is a chiropractic college that will use the Empower 360 platform to manage their recruiting, admissions, communications, and matriculation processes. This system will make their lives so much easier by giving them ONE place to accomplish all their tasks that will give them a complete 360° view of their customers and that the data in a reliable way.
Branding Guidelines
- Branding document provided in attachments.
- Follow the guidelines for colors and fonts usage.
- Branding fonts cannot be provided during the competition phase. If you don’t own any of the branding fonts, find some similar approaches. You’ll be asked to replace them as final fixes.
Concepts Goals
Our vision of the visual feeling of the logo is tied to modern, professional, sleek, innovative, with a focus on technology. One of the concepts we’d like to see is a design related to a spine since it’s the core feature of the services, HOWEVER we don’t want to limit you with this idea only, we want to see other proposals as well that are inline with the following keywords.
- Customer-Focused.
- 360° View.
- Trusted.
- Functional.
- Enabling Technology.
Logo Requirements
- Create a vector logo on CMYK color mode.
- Show the logo on separate white and black backgrounds.
- Provide the color palette of your logo.
- Please provide us a graphic note with the meaning/purpose that will help us understanding your logo.
- Design an unique logo that reads “Empower 360”.
- Add a tagline “Building trusted, connected relationships”.
- There are no considerations regarding to writing texts in uppercase, lowercase, etc. You can try and propose as many variations as you like.

Target User
The platform users are not very tech savvy higher education employees. Most of them have worked at the college for many, many years.
Judging Criteria
- Completeness: does your logo meet the requirements as stated within the challenge?
- Quality: does your logo look fresh, professional, and clean? Is the composition/layout well done? Have you used typography in a meaningful way?
- Concept: does your logo present a new and interesting concept? Is it simple, yet memorable?
Submission File
All requested contest requirements/screens as JPG or PNG files at 72dpi.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as layered AI or EPS files.
Your source files must meet these requirements:
1) The AI/EPS logo file with text intact (not outlined).
2) The AI/EPS logo file with text in outline format.
Preview Image
Create a 1024x1024 JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode and place a screenshot from your submission within it.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. As well as fonts replacement.
