Challenge Introduction:
Our customer has a current application that we are looking to re-evaluate and redesign the UI and UX. As part of this process, we want to provide them with a lot of different concepts and ideas on the potential of this application. We want to explore an all new version of this Risk Advisor application that is focused on the "Agent/Broker" user while also adding in features like login, profiles and location selection.

Important: In this challenge, we will provide existing screenshots, branding etc. Do not use the customer's name or logo in your submission. Please use a placeholder or simple Risk Advisor icon/logo that can be replaced after the challenge.

The current application was developed to help customers better understand their existing risks and to help the company's risk engineers present often-complex information in a format that's easy to understand. The app is intended to help customers understand the factors that go into grading their risks to help them better manage those risks and their risk budgets. It also enables users to study the impact that risk improvements would have on their grading - and therefore the price of their insurance coverage.

Risk engineers work with customers to perform risk assessments. Those assessments take into account 30 or so individual factors that are then considered together to create an overall risk score that enables underwriters to grade the risk and underwrite accordingly. Current Risk engineers have iPads that they take with them on site visits to demonstrate the app to customers. The end result is that customers receive an interactive risk report in place of 40-odd pages of paper.

Customers of the Risk Advisor application are asked a series of risk assessment questions for the property they choose to assess, these questions are provided with multiple choice answers. On completing the assessment, the app shows the risk posed by the property and also suggests possible improvements to help overcome these risks!

The new application is now focused on the "Agent/Broker" user and their ability to create/save locations and create and share assessments.

Design Concept Goals:
- New UI Design!
- New application/screen flow - what makes sense to you based on the provided information?
- Some of the current steps are not ideal (you are locked into a path - what are easy navigation solutions to fix this?)
- The current application is focused on the Customer situation - the new application will focus on the Agent/Broker user and their ability to save locations and assessments.
- Think simple but effective solutions!
- We want this to be designed simple/clean and sophisticated

Design Requirements:
- We would like you to follow the branding colors from the provided sample screens
- While this app is focussed on Android and iOS, for this challenge focus just on iOS
- -  iOS (portrait): 750 x 1334 px

~

Required Screens:
Looking for your design concepts!

01 Login:
- In the new application, the Agent will have a profile and be able to log into the application.
- Please include all necessary UI elements that you think will help with the login process (username, password, forgot password, etc)

02 Landing: Important!
- Note: The current app is mostly for the customer to download and use - this new application expands on that and allows the Agent/Broker to manage their assessments.
- Agents are able to search for a location, save the location and create "What If?" or Self Risk Assessments (SRV) for the location.
- Agents are able to share their assessments (in-app) with colleagues or customers
- Saved Locations, Completed assessments, assessments that are in progress, any statistics?
- As an Agent, I can create assessments but can also see assessments that have been sent/shared with me in-app
- Quickly be able to add new locations, see my favorited locations
- Language Selection: This application is supported in 8 languages, so we need to show a way to switch the language based on the user’s choice, show us how the language can be changed!
- What else need to be captured here?

03 Location: Important!
See reference screens
- The should is able to search and select the location they are looking to assess or view the list of assessments that had already been done for this location.
- Should able to see a list of locations by searching and entering the country, city or address.
- Should be able to view the locations on a map.
- Should be able to add (please see more details below) or remove a location from Favorites, think about how it’s added or removed (keep it simple)
- Agent can initiate a new assessment by choosing between “What If” (or) “Self Risk Assessment” (this is current way to initiate an assessment / we are looking for your new concepts on how the user experience can be improved here)

Add a location:
- If the location doesn’t exist, allow them to create a new location
- The Agent will need to enter these details to add a location “Company, Location, Customer Location, Location ID, Address (Street 1, street 2, street 3, country, state/province, postal code, latitude, longitude), Total site value.

04 What If? Assessment:
- The User will be able to choose the type of risk they want to assess (Property - Fire, Property - Flood, Property - Earthquake, Property - Wind, etc), think on how the user will choose this.
- This assessment shows a list of questions with options for all the questions as:
- - - A (Superior/high/ best-in-class control of the hazard present OR No or very low exposure)
- - - B (Adequate control of the hazard present)
- - - C (Partially adequate control of the hazard present)
- - - D (Seriously inadequate control of the hazard present)
- - - N/A (Not applicable)

AS IS and TO BE:
- User will be able to choose their values only when they choose “AS IS”
- “TO BE” is the benchmark / the desired values

Live Scores and a graphical view of the risk:
- After answering each question, user should be able to see the scores changing, in the existing app, you can see the color gradient and a pointer that indicates how the risk is (Please see the sample screens)
- Have another idea on how to show this?

Reset and Generate Report
- Provide a way to reset the questions at any point of time.
- The user should be able to tap on a button to generate report!

05 Self Risk Assessment:
- The user will be able to choose the category they want to assess (Constructions, Management Programs, Fixed Fire Detection and Protection, etc...) and the user should be able to change the category at any point!
- Each of the category shows a list of questions with some multiple choices answers (4 choices and N/A), the user will be able to choose only one option
- User can optionally add a comment for each of the question
- Would be good to indicate the progress / the completed question vs the number of questions yet to be answered.
- Provide a way to reset the questions.
- Once all questions are answered, the user will be able to submit to view the Overall Score and risk improvement ideas.

Score and Risk Improvement Ideas:
See reference screens
- We need to show the score and the graphical way to indicate the risk, along with that we show the risk improvement ideas.
- Ideas will be listed based on the category, clicking on an item within a category will reveal more details...looking forward to your thoughts on how this can be shown.
- User will be able to select or deselect an idea that they want to include in the report
- The user should be able to tap on a button to generate report!
- Provide a way for the user to share these results
- No need to show all questions - just show an updated design example.
