The goal of this challenge is to take the provided design problem, analyze the user experience and provide design refinements as well as improve the overall user experience!

Design Problem:
We have an existing system in place that has been enhanced over many years and additional functionality added to support the auto finance Quote/ proposal process this has resulted in a number of processes managed in different systems (i.e. separate log and in and no straight through processing of data entered) due to this it has resulted in an ineffective process and outdated user experience compared to our competitors in the market place. This application will be used by auto dealerships for auto loan processing.

Required Screens/ Functionality
We have below screens to be updated..

01 Dashboard Page:
Changes to all 01 screens
- For the donut chart, add a filter for day (currently two options: This Week, This Month)
- The information of the Currently - In progress and Dealer Work Queue sections need to be displaying according to the following user roles:

Seller: Just see his own data
F&I: Can see his own date, impersonalize a user to see his data, and see the Branch Office data.
Dealer Manager: impersonalize a user to see his data, and see all Dealer Branch Offices data.
Dealer Group: impersonalize a user to see his data, and see all Dealers Group data.

 Dealer Work Queue:
- According to the level of data (current user role), the Dealer Work Queue data grid, should include the Seller, Branch Office, Dealer and Group.
- Add pagination to the Dealer Work Queue that allows also a way to personalize it (number of records to display, etc). Also add the column sort and filter functionalities.
- Add a smart search capability to filter the Dealer Work Queue

Left Panel:
- In the left panel, remove the picture of the user, and add the Dealer Name, locate the “Log out” and “frequently Asked” icons underneath the last menu option (REPORTS). The “Settings” icon should be located next to the user name.
- In the Load Settlement section, add the Status field.

02 Application Screen:
Changes to all screens with numbers 02, 03, 04, 05
Application Data Entry: We would like to change our existing way of application and improve the user experience, so instead of having the different sections of the data entry as wizard steps (Customer Data, Vehicle Data, Terms & Plan, Additional Products, Final Review), we would like to use collapsible sections.

The fields for each section are described in the provided excel file “Simulator (CO) tab”, include the following steps:
- Application Data Entry (previously described)
- Documents Upload: All the documents upload functionalities.
- Contract Printing Data: Once the application is approved, the documents can be printed. It is going to include the data entry to generate the document and a document list, which includes columns for document type (proof of address, proof of income, account statement) and links to open, review and comments (under-writing).
- Payout: Display form fields (dealer commission and dealer proceeds).
