The first thing she will see is her personalized web page that shows her details such as name, Date-of-Joining, Last visited as well as all her portal activity (ex: All transactions edited by her like given consent for Bank Account info to be used by Payroll process on 15th May’17 13:10
Like that last 10 transactions or so) with details in a tabular form. By clicking on any of the rows for update history, she is able to view her updates done with a detailed view.
- Upon clicking on the ‘Consent’ Tab on the homepage Sofia can review a list of PII transaction types with options to edit/remove the consent for a selected row (refer to the attached excel for Consent fields). ‘Add Consent’ feature should have the same fields with drop downs on certain fields like Process, Transaction Type, Meta data etc.
- Sofia can also click on the “Audit’ tab that provides her visibility about how her PII is getting used. Different views include
- - by Business Process (e.g. Travel, HR, Payroll)
