Challenge Summary

Welcome to the FAST - Employee PII Portal Design Concepts Challenge! In this design concepts challenge, we are looking for your design expertise to create a simple and engaging user experience that allows our employees the ability manage how their personal data is shared internally and with third-party vendors. We are looking for Responsive views focused on Desktop, Phone and then Tablet.

This is a FAST challenge - so make sure to get your questions in early and we are excited to see your concepts

This challenge is focused on creating an employee portal where our employees are able to login and view their PII data (Personally Identifiable Information) and manage who is allowed to view and use the information. We are focused on two persona's in this challenge
1. Employee Persona
2. Admin Persona

Design Considerations
- Responsive web application (Desktop, Phone and Tablet)
- Desktop view: 1366px and height as required.
- Mobile view: 750 x 1334px
- Tablet view: 2048 x 1536px
- Make sure you create your graphics in 'shape' format, so when we resize graphics will still look sharp!
- Primary navigation color will be #0044af or similar / branding colors is attached.

The User Journey:
Employee:
- Sofia, an employee logs into the employee portal using single sign-on. The first thing she will see is her personalized web page that shows her details such as name, Date-of-Joining, Last visited as well as all her portal activity (ex: All transactions edited by her like given consent for Bank Account info to be used by Payroll process on 15th May’17 13:10 
Like that last 10 transactions or so) with details in a tabular form. By clicking on any of the rows for update history, she is able to view her updates done with a detailed view.
- Upon clicking on the ‘Consent’ Tab on the homepage Sofia can review a list of PII transaction types with options to edit/remove the consent for a selected row (refer to the attached excel for Consent fields). ‘Add Consent’ feature should have the same fields with drop downs on certain fields like Process, Transaction Type, Meta data etc.
- Sofia can also click on the “Audit’ tab that provides her visibility about how her PII is getting used. Different views include
- - by Business Process (e.g. Travel, HR, Payroll)
- - by data type (e.g. email address, Full name, Country, Nationality)
- - by legal basis for PII data processing (e.g. Company legitimate interest, Contract, Explicit consent) PII data types etc.  
- Refer to the excel for one of the Audit reports.

Admin:
Joe, one of the admins logs into the portal using single sign-on. He can assign user accesses. He can also assign accesses to different auditors by country (European countries).

Screen Suggestions:
We are looking for these screens to be designed..

A. Employee
01 My Dashboard: (Desktop, Phone, Tablet)
- This page should show the employee's full name, Date-of-Joining, Last visited as well as all his/her portal activity with details in a tabular form.
- Clicking on any of the rows for update history (portal activity), she is able to view her updates done on consents with detailed view.
- Provide a way for the user to access the consent and Audit information

02 Consent: (Desktop, Phone, Tablet)

- What needs to be in this page, we are looking forward to your thoughts!

05 User Access and Privileges: (Desktop, Phone)
- Provide a way to manage the user access.
- Admin should be able to assign the access privileges for auditors.
- Admin will define the scope of audit visibility by Country/ Legal Entity.  
- They will be able to grant/remove accesses to other users (by Legal Entity): employees, Auditors, Third Party vendors.

Marvel Prototype
- We need you to upload your screens to Marvel App.

- You MUST include your Marvelapp URL (in your marvelapp prototype, click on share and then copy the link & share it within your notes/comment this link while you upload).

Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

- Does the app have a professional feel?
- Is it compatible with mobile (Tablet)?
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
- Creativity and ease-of-use is key to the success as it must be engaging to users

Submission & Source Files:

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as a layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file or Sketch!

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.

Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Submission format

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
