Challenge Overview
VAS Complaint is a system used by TAG Customer Service (CS) users to register the complaint (ticketing system with document management). As part of program a new Wholesale Billing system (WRM) is getting implemented and VAS Complaint is an external module which is required to integrate to core WRM module.
