Background Overview
LendCentric Launchpad is essentially a Business to Consumer (B2C) portal or a borrower facing portal for loan originations. This Business to Consumer (B2C) portal will act as an extension of core NetOxygen Loan Origination System platform. It is designed with the intention to allow borrowers to actively engage in the loan origination process which in turn increases loan processing speeds for the lender.

The key features of this app include:
- User self-registration
- Integrated products and associated business rules
- Integrated pricing logic for providing rate quotes
- Dynamic communication tool keeping borrowers and back-office in sync
- Credit report integration
- Simple and smooth document delivery
- Borrowers can provide documentation electronically
- Dynamic status and conditions displays
- Seamless submission of loan data to LOS
- Tools for excellent user experience: Loan Calculators, Glossary, Rate Quotes, Track rate changes, RSS feeds, Referral Engine
- Field and Application level Help Topics

Challenge Goals
Create the best possible UI/UX for our 3 missing screens/features in the app while consistently keep the design quality to meet our expectation.

Design Considerations
- The consistency of your new screens with our branding!
- What should the priority features be?
- UI/UX Best Practice for the App!
- How quickly could you find information?
- The interface will be easy and intuitive to navigate
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Show all the screens and provide a user flow/click-path and navigation, so we can see how the interactions fit together in the application

Target Devices
- Desktop Standard Screen Size: 1366px(w) × Height adjusted accordingly
- Mobile Retina Screen Size: 750px(w) × Height adjusted accordingly

Branding Guidelines:
- Follow our previous winning storyboard from the previous challenge for design style, font, and colors.

Screen Requirements
For this challenge, we are looking for the below pages to be designed/considered in your concepts. We need to create 3 more screens for the application plus Dashboard design updates. Please read more details about all requirements from our wireframes "NextGen B2C - Contacts, Profile and Closing Page.pdf" and from below information:

00) General Design Updates / Dashboard (Desktop + Mobile)
- On the dashboard, we have cards that display an abbreviated status of all the screens on the left menu bar.
- There is already one listed for the contact screen (Loan Contact cards) that you are going to be working on but we would also like one for the closing screen as well.
- Maybe have the expected closing date and a counter that counts down the days till closing.
- Please feel free to design the card more than just what is stated but those two elements would be nice to have as a minimum in the design.

01) Closing Screens (Desktop + Mobile)
Wireframe References page 2, 3, and 4
- A user can view all the details needed in order to close a loan.
- There are also actions that can be performed to launch other applications for e-closing and hence different variations of the screens are provided in our initial mockups.
- This screen is an important step of the mortgage process and hence we want this to be very user-friendly and intuitive.

02) Contacts Screen (Desktop)
Wireframe References page 1
- User can view all the loan contacts on this screen
- Feel free to create any interactions with loan contact on this screen

03) Profile screens (Desktop)
Wireframe References Page 5, 6, and 7
- This is just like any other profile section on the websites.
- We want users to be able to set/change preferences and update password and security questions.

Important:
- DO NOT COPY the wireframes, it should be used as your references only
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

Marvel Prototype
- We need you to upload your screens to Marvel App.
- Please send your marvelapp request to fajar.mln@gmail.com and CC tgerring@topcoder.com
- You MUST include your Marvelapp URL (in your marvelapp prototype, click on share and then copy the link & share it with your notes/comment this link while you upload).

Documentation

- Wireframes, NextGen B2C - Contacts, Profile and Closing Page.pdf
