Welcome to the "RUX - 72H Revenue App Modernization UI Design Challenge". In this challenge we are looking for your great design skills to quickly help us conceptualize and design a new tool to help customers advisory to generate more revenue.

What is a RUX Challenge?
The RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenge uses the same format as our famous LUX Challenge except it is not "Live" at an event. The RUX Challenge Series provides you with an opportunity to show digital leaders from some of the largest companies in the world just how good your concept and user experience (UI/UX) design skills are.

RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenges are fast, fun, and have more chances for you to capture prize money!

Note: You do not need to have RUX challenge experience to join this challenge - Just jump in and give it a try! Make sure to follow the challenge details, the challenge forum and ask questions.
Background information
This challenge is focused on creating the initial UI design. We want customers to be inspired and enjoy the (simple) experience of:
- View customer profiles
- View opportunity details
- Determine value drivers
- Determine value stream process
- Download reports

We will run a UI Prorotype challenge after this design challenge ends. Have in mind that this application will be developed using Bootstrap as main framework. Consider usign Bootstrap guidelines when designing your concepts. You will be focused on Web screens, but consider that this application can be responsive in the future.

Required Screens:
1) Login Screen

    - Simple login screen to access the application.
    - Use the fields: User ID and Password.
    - Login button.
    - Normal login features: Recovery, forgot, etc.
    - No sign up/register features.

    1.1) Studio Opportunity Selection
     - After a successfully login users will be taken to this screen. Basically they need to be able to choose a "Opportunity" where they want to work on and the customer. Let's see the "Opportunities" as "Projects".
     - Provide the best way to show a list of opportunities, there could be from 0 to more than 100. Consider this.

2) Studio Landing Page
    - This is the landing page for an "Opportunity". This page serve as a resume of all necessary content for an "Opportunity".
    - Please refer for "Studio Landing Page" section on wireframes for content reference.

3) Customer Report
     - This screen is very similar to MDM Modeling screen in the wireframes. Here user can upload a Customer Report or download the latest version of the Customer Report. The customer report is just an XLS.

4) Opportunity Report
    - Very similar in content and should be similar in layout to customer report. Contents a summary of a detailed report from customer and opportunities.

5) Value Driver
    - Table view with all related Value Driver information and priorities.
    - Clicking on an item from "Focus" column will launch a modal view with information shown on "Focus_Details" (Page 7)

    5.1) Value Driver Report
    - Summary and table views. Please refer to Page 8 for content reference.

7) Value Stream Flow
     7.1) Landing
    - Similar to studio landing in look and feel. Please refer to Page 9 for content reference.
    - Clicking on "Launch Classifier" will show the "Classifier Launch Dialog". (Page 10).

     7.2) Assessment Process and Output
     - Process will be executed after launching classifier on previous step.
     - Please refer to Page 12 and 13 for content reference.

     7.3) MDM Modelling and Data Management
     - Two short flout screens launched from landing page.
     - Please refer to Page 14 and 15 for content reference.

8) Admin Flow
     8.1) Landing Page: Please refer to Page 16 for content reference.
     8.2) Create Customer: Please refer to Page 17 for content reference.
     8.3) Create Opportunity: Please refer to Page 18 for content reference.

Things to think about:
- Please consider the use of breadcrumbs whenever is necessary.
- Look for ways to improve the workflow. We have proposed modals and flyouts in some screens, but if you find a better way to do this, show us.
- This design should be clean and minalist. Think on a corporate end use.

- We have provide a drive folder with branding elements and fonts. Please, do not reinvent colors or use others fonts.

Screen Sizes (Important)
- Desktop: 1280px width or 2560px if you work on a retina display

- We need you to upload your screens to Marvel App.
- Please request for your MarvelApp prototype in the respective thread in forum.
- You MUST include your Marvelapp URL (in your marvelapp prototype, click on share and then copy the link & share it with your notes/comment this link while you upload).

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Source Files
All source files of all graphics created in either Adobe Photoshop and saved as editable layer
 
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
