Challenge Summary
Welcome to the “MyWipro Responsive Portal Design Concepts Challenge”. In this challenge, we are looking for you to provide design concepts for an engaging and informative intranet homepage that targets different user segments (employees). The portal allows employees to complete transactions, get latest company information, analytical insights etc.
The intranet will be used by - Developers, Sales, Delivery Managers and Human Resources (HR).

Background Overview
This challenge is about conceptualizing and designing an engaging and informative corporate intranet for different user segments. This is the main homepage for all employees and we are looking to make it a more engaging experience and a place where employees are able to quickly take action and self-serve.
This portal should host all self-service applications. So, the user should be able to carry out all his/her transactions. For example - applying for leave, applying for visa, completing his/her appraisal, updating timesheet etc. We would like the portal to be intuitive enough to make these transactions simple and quick. Maybe use the concept of AI Bots to improve the experience or make transactions quicker or more informative.
Challenge Goals
Design the UI/UX for our intranet homepage focused on the requested user segments. This site will be Responsive. We are currently focused on Desktop views with a couple of Phone views to understand how your design will breakdown/render responsively. It is important to follow the Wipro Branding Guidelines.
Design Considerations
- We want you to focus on specific user experiences, roles and interactions
- We want the Interface to be engaging and intuitive (think if you were an employee using this site)
- Think of how else you can improve the design
- We have provided an existing screens / wireframe for your reference to help you get started and understand the design problem. Do not copy as we are looking for new concepts and ideas (Please request access to this in forums)

Do not allow the suggestions below to impact the creativity of design. If there is a better way to accomplish the same goal, then feel free to take creative liberties.

Think of the things that would be interesting and necessary for a developer to have immediate access to on their home page. (see below)

Appraisal (seasonal) - It should show WLQ/appraisal/TRP reminders/status to the user. It should be enabled on a Quarterly/Annual basis.
IT declaration alert (seasonal) - It displays information on confirmation, how many days pending, approval details
Leave balance - It displays the number of AL and SL balance for the user
Chat - It should be a floating icon; on click, the chat window opens with a welcome message from the BOT. User will type-in the queries, the responses should be redirected to the apps/modules as required.

5. Settings page - Email Preferences
Design for all the below mentioned scenarios. Please see the attached ppt for reference.
- User should be able to control the notifications, decide the frequency and mode of notifications from myWipro.
Show select / deselect radio buttons for Never Notify, Always Notify, Personalize
Save button
- Select Never notify - If user does not wish to get any notifications from any of the apps
- Select Always Notify - If user wants to receive notifications on his device, he should select Device option (checkbox) and have Download document link
- Select Personalize - If user wants to receive consolidated emails from myWipro, user should check the frequency of the notifications for
myTime, Confluence, Travel & GIMS, Birthday Mail
Frequency of above notifications: Always Notify, Daily, Bi-weekly, Weekly
Important
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.���
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance

- How interesting and engaging is your proposed design concepts workflow
- Did you understand the design problem and propose new concepts?
- Is the application and user experience easy to use/intuitive?
- Cleanliness of your graphics and design.
Submission & Source Files
Preview Image
Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.
Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Sketch. Layers should be named and well organized.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.
Please read the challenge specification carefully and watch the forums for any questions or feedback concerning this challenge. It is important that you monitor any updates provided by the client or Studio Admins in the forums. Please post any questions you might have for the client in the forums.
