Challenge Summary

Welcome to the "CSAT Survey Responsive Design Concepts Challenge". In this challenge, we are looking to redesign an existing survey and create a better user experience that drives more responses and better engagement with its users. This is a design concepts challenge so we are interested in seeing your unique ideas and ways of solving the problems through great UX/UI design.

Round 1

Submit your initial design for a Checkpoint Feedback (Desktop, Mobile)
- As part of your checkpoint submission, you must upload your submission to MarvelApp so we can provide direct feedback on your designs. Please include the MarvelApp URL in your notes.txt.
- Make sure all pages have correct flow. Use the proper file numbers, (1, 2, 3, etc.)

Round 2

Submit your Final Design plus Checkpoint Updates (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile)
- As part of your final submission, you must upload your submission to MarvelApp so we can provide direct feedback on your designs. Please include the MarvelApp URL in your notes.txt.
- Make sure all pages have correct flow. Use the proper file numbers, (1, 2, 3, etc.)

Background Overview
The current CSAT survey is sent to the users, via a link in an email, after the close out a service ticket on the client's system. This survey is used to gauge the users level of success and opinions about their experience, which in turn influences the client's decisions. The survey currently isn't being complete unless the users have something bad to say or are unhappy. This is not always useful information and gives a false impression to the client.

Challenge Goal
We are looking for you to redesign the survey to make for a better, faster, smarter, and more engaging survey that allows the user to quickly complete with the option to supply additional information if needed. Show us your ideas and design concepts, and as always, ask questions in the forum.

Current Issues and Pain points
There are 2 main areas that we would like to try to solve with the new designs

1. Low Response Rates
- There are a low number of responses from users completing the form
- General users are not responding unless they have something bad to write. This, in turn, doesn't make for very useful feedback and information
- How can we increase the rate of response from the users by making the process easier? How can design help solve this issue?

2. Simplify The Process
- Are there ways to simplify and reduce the level of effort needed by the user?
- One example is to allow the user to first select if they are satisfied or not. If they are happy then they are finished with the survey. If they are unhappy then they are presented with additional questions to try to pinpoint why they are unhappy
- We are open to other ideas and user experiences that help solve this problem
- Is there a way to show fewer questions? Can we streamline the entire process through some other user experience? Can we make it easier by guiding the user better? Can we make the process fun?
- Show us your ideas and concepts

Branding Guidelines
Branding is largely open, however, we do want to stay within these general colors and guidelines:
- Blue: #019cde
- Black: #000000
- Your designs should feel clean, fresh and modern

Screen Size
This is a responsive form, so needs to work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Desktop: 1280px width with height adjusted accordingly
- Tablet: 1536px x 2048px (@2x)
- Mobile: 750px x 1334px (@2x)

Screen Requirements
For this challenge, we are looking for the survey pages to be designed/considered in your concepts. The screen functionality details listed below are suggested functionality for consideration. Do not allow the suggestions below to impact the creativity of design. If there is a better way to accomplish the same goal, then feel free to take creative liberties.

- This is a screenshot of the current survey that we need to improve. You are free to use these questions as guidance. Obviously, we are looking for new ideas, so DON'T copy this. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6kvOdxpqnKMdVNvMkpFVi0zYlk/view?usp=sharing

- Think how you can make this survey to be better? One idea was to show just the last "How satisfied are you" question first. If the user answers Happy, they are done with the survey. If they answer Unhappy, it would show them the rest of the questions. Do we need to split the interactions into multiple screens? Or have various user paths based on what the user selected/ how they answer the questions? Feel free to explore the best possible UI/UX for the Survey!!

- Feel free to modify, combine, change order, etc. for the survey questions and the best way to collect answer!

Marvel App Presentation
