Welcome to the RUX -  MO HealthNet Managed Care Redesign Challenge!

In this challenge we are looking to redesign MO HealthNet Managed Care application.
Current portal - https://dss.mo.gov/ offers various details and Managed Care Program, this has option for online enrollment as well - https://apps.dss.mo.gov/mhdOnlineEnroll/
You need create storyboard design that will solve client problems and create some required pages explained on challenge spec below.

What is a RUX Challenge?
The RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenge uses the same format as our famous LUX Challenge except it is not "Live" at an event. The RUX Challenge Series provides you with an opportunity to show digital leaders from some of the largest companies in the world just how good your concepting and user experience (UI/UX) design skills are.

RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenges are fast, fun, and have more chances for you to capture prize money!

Challenge Description
MO HealthNet Managed Care is designed to share information concerning the MO HealthNet Managed Care Program, Enrollment and provide members with materials necessary to select a Primary Care Provider.

The purpose of the MO HealthNet Managed Care is to purchase and monitor health care services for low income and vulnerable citizens of the State of Missouri. The agency assures quality health care through development of service delivery systems, standards setting and enforcement, and education of providers and participants. We are fiscally accountable for maximum and appropriate utilization of resources.

MO HealthNet is a statewide medical assistance program for low-income families, pregnant women, and children under the age of 19 or in some cased until the age 21. The Family Support Division within the Department of Social Services determines program eligibility. Eligibility criteria include income, family size, and access to affordable health insurance.

Application for the program can be obtained by contacting a local Family Support Division office or downloading the application from the Department of Social Services website (https://dss.mo.gov/)

Applications may also be obtained at local hospitals and local public health agencies

- We need below concepts in your designs, feel free to add any pages that you think is necessary to show the flow!
- For your design submission, think and give suggestion for friendly UI/UX for the overall application
- Suggest good accessibility by using keyboard button and better flow between screens
- DO NOT Create design that not mentioned on the challenge specification below

- The objective of the challenge is rethink the enrollment process, keeping the current enrolment details.

- There’s text information on the bottom of screen to report every address change.

03). Select Health Plan

- On this screen user need select their Health Plan
- Then, user need filled some available fields
- There’s a checkbox option to let user Submit without using PCP

- This screen will display all members in user household who must choose a Health Plan and Primary Care Provider (PCP)

- You need create how design look on mobile screen sizes for these following pages:

- In a RUX challenge, this screen is the way to showcase your concept so keep it simple and make it look good!

- We need you to upload your screens to Marvel App.

- You MUST include your Marvelapp URL (in your marvelapp prototype, click on share and then copy the link & share it within your notes/comment this link while you upload).

Your submission will be judged on the following criteria:
- Overall idea and execution of concepts
- Think about the accessibility and page flow
- Execution and thoughtfulness put into the solving the problem
- Overall design and user experience
- Cleanliness of screen design and user flow

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submission File
Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.

Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as a layered PSD file, or Adobe Illustrator as a layered AI file or Sketch!

Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.

Stock Photography

Stock photography is not allowed in this challenge. All submitted elements must be designed solely by you. See this page for more details.

How To Submit

  • Upload your submission in three parts (Learn more here). Your design should be finalized and should contain only a single design concept (do not include multiple designs in a single submission).
  • If your submission wins, your source files must be correct and “Final Fixes” (if applicable) must be completed before payment can be released.
  • You may submit as many times as you'd like during the submission phase, but only the number of files listed above in the Submission Limit that you rank the highest will be considered. You can change the order of your submissions at any time during the submission phase. If you make revisions to your design, please delete submissions you are replacing.

Winner Selection

Submissions are viewable to the client as they are entered into the challenge. Winners are selected by the client and are chosen solely at the client's discretion.

Your Design Files:

  1. Look for instructions in this challenge regarding what files to provide.
  2. Place your submission files into a "Submission.zip" file.
  3. Place all of your source files into a "Source.zip" file.
  4. Declare your fonts, stock photos, and icons in a "Declaration.txt" file.
  5. Create a JPG preview file.
  6. Place the 4 files you just created into a single zip file. This will be what you upload.
