Background Overview
The challenge is to create a mobile Personal Digital Assistant. Our company's IT services are Cloud-centric with native mobile apps already available. This challenge purpose is to create a single Personal Digital Assistant mobile app interface which integrates all of our cloud services and utilizes/launches the native mobile apps. This app should work with other enterprise cloud applications such as Okta, Workday, Google Suite, Box, ServiceNow etc. and would control data/functionality for them.

Access to the mobile app will need Corporate Single Sign-on Authentication (Okta)

Challenge Goals
- Create Personal Digital Assistant, a Single Mobile App to incorporate and navigate user.
- Connecting employees through a mobile platform.

Design Consideration
- UI/UX Best Practice for Personal Digital Assistant Mobile App!
- The interface will be easy and intuitive to navigate
- Give importance to the overall layout and think on how a user would interact with the content on the page.
- Show all the screens and provide a user flow/click-path and navigation, so we can see how the interactions fit together

Use Case
1) A new employee wants to know the location of the cafeteria. Based on their office location, a request for lunch facilities will get them the nearest cafeteria for that location.
2) A user wants to travel to another location. They make a voice command in the app "Travel to Location Y". This app will work with the underlying travel app to look for travel options, flight details (as per company policy), travel times, nearby hotels and en route transport to give the travel options. It will also book the travel using the underlying apps and share the details delivering a seamless experience for the user, who doesn't need to navigate through multiple enterprise apps
3) An employee wants to request a new PC/Mac or accessory.
4) An employee wants to get IT assistance for an issue they are experiencing or they want to submit a request for some service or functionality.
