The goal of this challenge is to redesign the look and feel of a travel insurance website. We are looking forward to create an engaging process towards the customer with a very straightforward conversion process.

You are provided with a content document that contains information about the pages/features. You are encouraged to come up with the unique layout and UX engagement approach.

Concept Goals
We have a problem with the current user experience: it is too confusing! We talk to the customer with insurance terminology and all they want to do is travel.  Also, it is focused on B2B rather than B2C. One of the main goals is to walk the customer through the process of ordering travel insurance.

The site is required to be responsive design, but we want to go further, we’ve adapted a guided flow for our quote and claim processing and we want that to be optimized for mobile-first. Getting a quote should just be a few swipes away.

We need to reach a younger audience, in addition to mobile we need to have smart technology that allows for taking a picture from your phone, sending verification emails as opposed to printing a form. We want to get rid of all paper forms to mail.

While the added technology is great it has to be simple and with big fonts. A large part of our customers are older so we want to use simple language and iconography with easily readable content and headings.

As part of our User-centered design approach we want to speak in the user terms of travel, not in insurance terms.  Please put yourself in the shoes of the user and recommend simple clear representations of the information over complex paragraphs of text.
