Challenge Summary

Welcome to PANGEA - Real Estate Crowdfunding Application Wireframe Challenge. In this challenge we are looking for your help to come up with wireframes and user flows for a real estate crowdfunding, portfolio management, and trading web application.

About this Web Application:
Pangea is a web app that allows investors to manage fractional ownership in many different real estate properties, trade shares/tokens of ownership, and view listings for new investments. Wireframe Expectations:
- Wireframe needs to be Professional, clean, easy to read and look at
- Upbeat and positive with a slight investor/trader style
- This application will likely use Bootstrap, so think about having responsive layouts
- Needs to be internationalized in the future (although not a requirement for this challenge), right to left Arabic layout and translation will be important in a future phase so keep that in mind.
- Create your wireframes for desktop view, have width as 1280px and height as required.

Required Screens:
We need below screens to be included in the wireframes, feel free to add any additional pages as required to show the flow of your concepts

A. General:
00 Splash Page (landing page - not logged in)
- Jumbotron & hook (Large background image / visual with easy title, hook, and call to action)
- 3 step summary (a 3 column section that shows how easy it is to get started on the platform. Should have icons/visuals, a one phase statement, and details below easy step. For example, sign up, selct properties you like, and start investing)
- Browse properties section (probably display 2 to 3 properties and then take them to a view with all properties/ we are open to your ideas).
