Challenge Description
The goal of this challenge is to take the provided design problem, analyze the user experience and provide design concepts and visual ideas on how the application might look and work!
Design Problem
We need you to captures mortgage application for Australian residential market to replace the existing paper-based form. This is the paper-based form that will need to be automated: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oEjY3eeQ0Fs7rDosh0iktCjQfHA00da1
As a home purchaser, I would like to:
- Apply for a mortgage
- Provide information on income and other credit information
- Get an instant response
- Get clarity on next steps in the process (typically a call from an advisor)
- Electronic signature - User will need to avoid signing and sending paper form
Design Consideration
- Easy to monitor and view data, efficient information capture
- Should be clean, crisp UX, open, and modern looking
- Streamlined design and user flow
- Show us concepts and ideas for how things could be designed and function.
- Innovative ideas on how we might make the journey more interesting / insightful (potentially using emerging technologies like auto calculator, electronic signatures, chatbots, location-based services, etc)
- Remember the application should remain easy to use, fast, and not cumbersome for the user.

- Need filled the Assets, Liabilities, Monthly living expenses, Fund Positions
- Think and suggest that can make this process easy to use and fast
3) Your loan Details (pg. 5)
- Ability to capture user’s Purpose of loan & Loan Structure
- There’s Master limit fields on the bottom that are available for the (primary account for Master Limit must be a Line of Credit)
- Options for Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)
- Secure Rate Guarantee

- This is required section to filled to collect home purchaser source of wealth

- There are some relevant sections. How you guide user to choose?

- This will be helpful to user to check things that are completed and not completed.

10). Presentation Screen - 1920x1080 (16:9 Ratio)
- For this challenge, you need build 1 Presentation screen, this screen is the way to showcase your concept so keep it simple and make it look good!
- If you were walking into a meeting and needed to sell your idea - use this screen to showcase your concept.

- This should be a serious/professional looking application
- We are looking for concepts and ideas!
