What is a RUX Challenge?
The RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenge uses the same format as our famous LUX Challenge except it is not "Live" at an event. The RUX Challenge Series provides you with an opportunity to show digital leaders from some of the largest companies in the world just how good your concept and user experience (UI/UX) design skills are.

RUX (Rapid User Experience) challenges are fast, fun, and have more chances for you to capture prize money!

Note: You do not need to have RUX challenge experience to join this challenge - Just jump in and give it a try! Make sure to follow the challenge details, the challenge forum and ask questions.
The goal of this challenge is to take the provided design problem, analyze the user experience and provide better design concepts and visual ideas on how the application might look and work!

Background Overview
The Order Status and Reporting tools are designed to provide timely and accurate order status, shipping and reporting information. With a few simple steps, our customer can easily view or retrieve information on all of our products that their company has in order, based on the information contained in our order management systems.

The order is displayed from the time they are validated through final delivery. The quality of the information is comparable to that available to our Customers Service Representative. Order information will display for orders that have a physical shipment from us to customer company or customer end user. Orders that are generated by us for the return of goods, implying a credit transaction from customer company to us and manual credit orders generated by us are not included for some customers.

The tool is designed to provide a simple at-a-glance view of your orders by minimizing steps to retrieve order status. This user guide provides an overview of all capabilities you need to know to retrieve up-to-date information on your orders.

For this challenge, we've selected several screens from the OSS module and we want to see how far we can improve the UI/UX of the modules

Challenge Goals
- The goal of this challenge is to improve the UI/UX of the OSS modules and allow users to be easier to monitor and search for Order status, Shipping and Reporting information.
