Welcome to the “Wipro Event Management Admin View Design Challenge”. We are currently running a RUX challenge for the corporate Event Management Application "Attendee view". In this challenge, we will focus on the desktop Admin user flow.

Background Overview
This challenge is to create the Admin view for a corporate Event Application that is easy for Attendees to use and for Administrators to manage content. This application will be used to manage multiple events at the same time.There will also be integrations with 3rd party applications and services to help attendees with planning their trip/event.
Challenge Goals
We are looking for an engaging Wipro branded event application.
Required Pages/Features
Important: This is an ADMIN interface - so do not over complicate it! This should be simple and easy to use/manage with large fonts and fields to easily manage the Event from a Desktop or Tablet. You can research and leverage React UI elements or other common "Admin" UI elements to keep managing apps simple and clean. This is focused on a great ADMIN experience!
We are looking for below pages based on the Admin use case. But we are open to any extra screens that you suggest to support your designs.
- Set event schedule, location, speaker profiles etc.
- Set event type, private or public.
- Set Ticket quota, availability, registration method (free/paid), etc.
- Ability to Import/Uploads invitee list (ADID) via 3rd party (excel)
- Configure Map of the venue
- Configure Flash quizzes, surveys, polls etc. in the engagement section and link it to events
- Configure splash screens (for the event) if required
- Personalize the event details page (Header, colors, thumbnail, etc)
- Upload event photos to gallery section
2. Manage Event
- Ability to Edit Event information
- Ability to Reject participants
- Admin should be able to see the number of people who have registered and it should also allow the admin to get very cuts of the view - how many people and from which location, which band etc.
- Reports of attendees per session, download of contents, agenda views etc.
- Reports of app downloads, unique clicks in different sections and device or mobile or website
- Ability to download the reports in various format (PDF, XLS, DOC, XML, JSON, etc)
3. Send Notification
- Ability to send a notification to the attendees that appear as push notifications (those tiny pop up messages) and in the alerts section on their device.
- Send welcome notes, information about changes in the sessions, or other special information that you want to send to them on the fly during your event
- Ability to set the time zone for events and then scheduling notifications to be sent out in the future by using the scheduling feature to organize the distribution of alerts to your attendees over a span of time.
4. Scan Event Pass
- Admin will be able to scan the boarding pass on the day of event for entry
- Needs to simulate fail/success of the boarding pass scanning

- Stock artwork and icons are allowed for this challenge.
- Make sure to declare all your assets properly or you might fail screening.
- Check the branding guidelines!
Important:
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- All of the graphics should have a similar feel and general aesthetic appearance
- Remember to mention your Marvel link in your notes/declaration document.

Please create your preview image as one (1) 1024x1024px JPG or PNG file in RGB color mode at 72dpi and place a screenshot of your submission within it.

Submit JPG/PNG for your submission files.
Source Files
All original source files of the submitted design. Files should be created in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Sketch. Layers should be named and well organized.
Final Fixes
As part of the final fixes phase, you may be asked to modify your graphics (sizes or colors) or modify overall colors. We may ask you to update your design or graphics based on checkpoint feedback.
