Challenge Summary

Welcome to the "Insurance Agent Responsive Portal Experience Design Concepts Challenge". In this design concepts challenge we are looking for you to design a responsive application to reimagine an insurance "Agent Portal" experience. This agent portal will focus on small commercial insurance agents who typically leverage personal relationships and more manual processes over technology. We are looking to create an engaging and useful portal that helps the insurance agent communicate and close more business!

These agents should be able to provide a quick insurance quote to their customers and should be able to view all the policy specific data within a single application. These insurance agents are not tech-savvy and so we need to design a simple and easy to understand UI/UX solution for them.

In this challenge we also want to explore optimized services available within the Responsive views. When the agent is viewing the portal on desktop what are the priority items versus the priority items on tablet and phone?. Desktop view will be more "all agent items" while tablet would be something an agent might use while traveling or sitting and working with a customer. Phone view might be simple read only or simple yes/no configurations.

Best of luck! We are looking forward to your great designs.

Background Overview
This agent portal will focus on small commercial insurance agents who typically leverage personal relationships and more manual processes over technology. We are looking to create an engaging and useful portal that helps the insurance agent communicate and close more business!
As a reminder In this challenge we want to explore optimized services available within the Responsive views. When the agent is viewing the portal on desktop what are the priority items versus the priority items on tablet and phone.

Goals
We want the Agent to be able to login and:
- Show a holistic view of the day to day work that needs action.
- Show existing customers who need service attention.
- Show new leads and potential customers and any next steps or action items. The Agent can provide quotes and issue policies for them online.
- Have agency related targets, commissions and related tasks shown intuitively.
- They should be able to answer all customers questions/queries and give them appropriate advice

Design Considerations
- The application design needs to be responsive. They need to be designed for Desktop/Tablet and Phone platform
- These insurance agents are not Tech-Savvy and so we need to design simple and easy to understand UI/UX solutions for them.
- They should be able to easily browse through the app and find all the information that they need.
- We are providing some simple wireframes to get you started. This is a design concepts challenge so we are looking for improvement/new concepts! Do not directly copy the wireframes.
