Balanc3 is a blockchain accounting startup, building software that is reshaping the future of the accounting industry. We are looking for your best ideas and concepts to WOW our customer!

Balanc3 provides accounting software for companies that issue or own cryptocurrencies. Using Balanc3’s software they can access their transactions and categorize them for accounting purposes.
Balanc3 has 2 main users, and are divided into:
Primary - companies with cryptocurrency assets and Accounting firms working with them.
Secondary - Investors and traders in cryptocurrencies, Early 20's to 40's professionals, educated, computer-savvy.
Current website was created during a stealth phase and (accordingly) feels basic, a bit obscure and undeveloped. Balanc3 recently started sales and the company has outgrown it. We are looking to start fresh and really expand what the website currently is and have it be more of a reflection of where Balanc3 is now as a company.
Things to think about
- We are looking for a Professional, Fresh, and Modern/Clean look.
- This will be a responsive website, design having mobile first in mind.
- 2 devices are required for this challenge: Desktop and Mobile (will will explore tablet as a follow up task for the 1st place winner)
- Your design must look and feel on brand. So work and use the color palette only. Do not reinvent colors. (See branding section on this requirements page for reference)
- Use the current website as your main reference for content only. Do not copy any style or layout from current website.
- Think out of the box on this challenge. We really need to make an impressive landing page that is distinctive from others in the same industry (do some research on what other similar companies are doing)
- Keep things consistent. This means all graphic styles should work together.
- You are allowed to use: Stocks icons (Flaticon and icon8), stocks photography: iStockPhoto.com, Adobe, Shutterstock. Pexels and Unplash are also allowed as long you declare your sources in your notes/declaration files. Otherwise you will fail screening.
- You are allowed to use the following softwares only: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.
